This is, by far, the best sub shop ever! EVERYTHING that comes from behind the counter is deliciousness! Especially when Johnny is there! Food is consistently wonderful. Service is OUTSTANDING!!!

I had THEBEST sandwich ever! The meat is actually sliced out right in front of you, not just sitting out already pre-sliced(yuck). The customer service was great too. A quality product takes time, well worth the extra few minutes.

I have gone here so many times and always had great service till today when i walked out of the fallbrook location because an employee«Marci» had a personal issue from 10 years ago and sure it wasnt with me, but the family i lived with, and gave me an attitude instead of walking away and letting the gentleman preparing order finish ringing me up. She lucky i walked out and went back to get the manager and not thrown my sandwich in her face. So thanks to her i didnt not get my food which i had been craving.

Fresh good food but overpriced IMO. Staff seemed lazy and one kid in particular seemed to be trying out his improv comedy act. Save the jokes buddy. I’ll be returning to the other sandwich Buisness.

OMG – what a nightmare that was! Hopefully the 20% got to the school on an $ 80 tab. Made an online order, paid with credit card through my JM account – 10 sandwiches/6 cold and 4 hot. Printed my receipt but special instructions didn’t print out so I took it with me. Got to JM three minutes before the order was supposed to be ready and they had no idea about the order. Luckily the store was close to being empty but all the staff did was run around wondering why they didn’t get the online order. I asked if they could proceed with making the sandwiches as I had 9 people waiting on their 30 minute lunch period for the sandwiches. I gave who I think was a manager my receipt and wrote what the special instructions were and even explained them. I said I would go to Major Market while they were making them. I returned 15+ minutes later and the 4 hot sandwiches were just about done. The«manager» told me that the woman from La Paloma school took my order – as if it was her fault. Isn’t it the store’s responsibility to make sure the correct person gets their order? Then I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes while the 6 cold sandwiches were made. Apparently no effort had been made on these sandwiches while I was at Major Market. The manager told me he would deliver them after about 10 minutes but I was afraid to leave again because I was worried that would only prolong the finishing of the sandwiches as it did the first time I left. I was never offered any recompense for this huge screw-up – not ever a free soda while I waited. When the cold sandwiches were finally given to me, the manager listed the numbers of the sandwiches like I had those memorized! When I questioned him about the all cheese sub, he said no, there was ham on it but there was extra cheese. I told him I specially wrote on the order NOHAM – All American cheese. So someone who doesn’t eat meat had to pick the ham off the sandwich. I’m not sure they even ate it at all. I treated my co-workers to lunch because they had emptied my office, painted it and put the furniture back in. I thought what a win-win – fund raiser for La Paloma and a treat for my co-workers – WRONG! I’ going back to Dominick’s Deli – had one order wrong in decades and Dominick himself brought the right sandwich to my office! BTW, my co-workers only get 30 minutes for lunch so thanks JM’s for only letting them have about 10 minutes to actually eat!

This was the first Jersey Mikes I had ever been to. It was so delicious, especially for the fact that you can make any sub into a wrap! I love it, I will never go to Subway again if I have the opportunity to go to a Jersey Mikes. The people are always nice too, never had an order messed up. No complaints :-)

They do a great job! Sandwich is a sandwich but when you’ve only been in twice and they remember you… that’s awesome! Love how it’s made fresh and you are greeted… menu is confusing and they help you… clean place to sit too. Thank you for opening in our little town!

The first jersey mikes sub place I ever went to and it was amazing. I got it mikes way and that is the best way to go. They had great customer service, although everyone else seems to disagree. Every time I go, I get a service with a smile. All in all, a really great spot and location to get an amazing sandwich.

Horrible customer service! We wanted to try them out since they’re new in town, but we won’t be back. The guy cutting the bread was totally out of it and the girl making the sandwiches today seemed super annoyed we were there and should not be in customer service. Sandwich was just a sandwich, nothing exciting.

We’ve been here only a few times, but each visit was positive. They greet you as you enter, how about that. They are friendly, such a plus! Our sandwich orders are simple so it’s quick and done just right. This last time I was in, a customer came in to pick up an on-line order. There was a mix up, but was finally cleared up after a few minutes of going back and forth. The employee very apologetic and thank goodness the customer was patient and understanding. So you may want to think twice before place that on-line order. Hopefully they will work out their kinks, like most places opening will have them. For the most part they are friendly and the food is fresh.

We used our free sub coupons tonight. We were greeted by a big hello when we arrived. It was super busy but they were very fast rolling out those subs. Music was a little loud, combined with all of the people it made it difficult for a few folks to hear the kids behind the counter. I ordered a 56, philly cheese. It took some time for them to actually start cooking it. I don’t think they had anyone actually in charge of the grill. It was well worth the wait. It was awesome! The meat was tender and no fatty pieces. The regular was filling, packed with steak. The bread tasted and smelled fresh. One thing my husband pointed out was the TV show was not appropriate for kids.

Don’t go!!! It’s awful. Service is terrible, their employees look filthy and one was sitting on the counter by the sofa machine while he was waiting for his food. I called him on it and he said he was off duty, as did the girl I can only assume was the manager? I said you guys seem a little unruly and not completely trained. The response was«thank you» They didn’t even get the order right but the music was so loud and the kid that was off duty was so busy swinging his apron around while dancing and singing it’s no wonder. I would even bother using the coupons they sent out as a ploy to suck people in. I hope the people that go that know that not all of their stores are like this. Stay away from the Fallbrook one though. Unless you want the kid who was itching his face the entire time to make your food. Funny, they have all their employees doing their reviews. Must be the way to get a job there. All on 8÷6÷15

Worst service ever. I came when they opened and my order was messed up 3 times. They gave me some free sandwich coupons to make up for the errors so I thought that was nice. Well I just came back after 2 weeks and they still cannot manage to make a sandwich the way you order it. Big disappointment.

Don’t go. Service sucks. I’m only giving a star because it won’t let me post with zero stars. I understand they’re new in town, but let’s get some proper training in before launching the place, yeah?
