Yunnet was very patient and helpful. Straighttalk wouldn’t release my phone number for 2 hours the first time that I went into Cricket. We already had plans so I had to come back another day and Yunnet had to start the process all over again.
Really happy to get through the process. I’d been having issues for weeks – not getting any of my voicemails. Yunnet made sure that my voicemail worked prior to my leaving the store.
I really like the fact that Cricket has store locations also. It was really a pain dealing with Straighttalk over the phone.
