Family-​owned business that provides auto paperwork services that would require a (lengthy) DMV visit. We used them for the salvage registration of our totaled vehicle that had been restored to operation. Matt handled everything quickly and painlessly. He walked us through the process and did all the paperwork — at a very reasonable price. Excellent, user-​friendly customer service.

I bought a used vehicle and didn’t want to wait at the DMV to get it registered. I saw a sign about West Coast Auto Registration and figured I would give them a try. There was one customer there ahead of me and he finished quickly. Matt then filled out all of my required paperwork for me. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. I returned the next day to pick up my registration.
The service was well work paying extra to avoid the headache from having to wait at the DMV.

Save hours! going here is so much quicker than the DMV. Matt has always been up front with me and has given me advice that always saves me time and money. I will continue to go here and recommend everyone else does also! i just wish he did license photos!

I was tired of dealing with the dmv, waiting 3h to talk to somebody grumpy is pretty anoying.
A good friend of mine recomended me west coast auto reg and my only regret is that i should have went there for all my registration needs a long time ago.
Its the 5th time i use Matt services now and its always perfect. Customer service is a priority for Matt and after only few minutes in the office i had all the important informations and papers i needed. He took the time to explain everything i needed to know with a smile on his face and a happy attitude.
I will use Matt’s West Coast Auto Registration Fallbrook again and nobody else.

It was my 3rd time using his service and this guy Matt is on top of his game. Three customers at once was no problem as he was able to multi-​task, getting 2 guys to fill out their stuff while he took care of my title transfer. DMV should be HALF as efficient– but they are not.
Best of all it was very reasonable. You will not be sorry for going to him, I would not even THINK of going elsewhere.

I have come here multiple times to renew registration and change ownership on a vehicle. Matt is incredibly friendly and helpful. Never have to wait long for help and turnaround is really quick as well. The small fee is so worth it to avoid going to the DMV. Highly recommend.
