It does not feel like a spa at all!!!
This spa has friendly but inexperience staff.
I will not return, I rather pay more to go somewhere else than come here to receive far below expectation services at a warehouse.

After trying many other places in the area for lash extensions I finally found the best in Rania. l always leave there with my lashes looking perfect and can now go an extra week between fills. The rest of the staff are polite and professional, and the spa is incredibly clean. The prices are better than other medical spas in the NOVA area. This place is for certain above expectation!

I had purchased a Groupon to give this spa a chance. They were very unaccommodating with scheduling initially, and cancelled two days before my treatment. When attempting to reschedule, they were unaccommodating and unpleasant. I let them know that I would return the favor by requesting a refund from groupon and posting my experience, and I literally just received a returned call to schedule me at 5pm today. Unfortunately my experience was so unpleasant I don’t even want the appointment.
