This McDonalds Drive thru is one of the best around and I think they’re consistent on their food I think people need to realize it’s McDonalds for what you get and overall I think they have consistent operations the bathrooms could be a little bit cleaner and the décor is a little out the day but again it’s McDonalds and so I think you get it consistent product for the restaurant and the pricing

We just stopped here because of playground… Which was closed, because it rained EARLIER in the day. Management ridiculously pandered to a difficult customer for 15 minutes which essentially shut down their ability to take or make orders until it was resolved. Opposite of a well oiled machine. Not fast food today.

Lord help me, I’m gonna write a bad review about McDonalds.
I’ve had two occasions to stop here at super-​late hours (~1−2 AM), and the service and quality is absolutely abysmal. On both occasions, my order was taken wrong — in one occasion, to the tune of $ 10, which they gave me back in a sketchy random stack of $ 1 bills. In one instance, one of the meals wasn’t fully cooked — as if it wasn’t fully microwaved or whatever — and in another, the sandwich was simply wrong.
I totally get the plight of the workers here. It’s late, work is boring as hell, and things need to be made-​to-​order because nothing is kept warm over night. They’ve even apologized with random food before. But c’mon, I can’t even eat the food if it’s still frozen, and it’s weird to be handed a stack of $ 1 bills because of a cashier error.

I am torn on leaving a review for this location. After visiting several times I think I have realized it is not only the fault of this specific restaraunt, but also of the not so respectful customers.
I often see the place dirty, even though there is usually a cleaning lady doing her thing. I realized that the customers are just throwing their trash wherever and whenever. I am not judging anyone who is homeless because it is a difficult thing to cope with, but, the homeless people who visit the location are not usually respectful of the bathrooms or garbage either. Hey at least clean up after yourself, that isn’t too much to ask of anyone.
Aside from that, the cashiers seem to try hard but I can’t tell if it is management or someone else that doesn’t schedule staffing properly. Or maybe most people just quit because I admit I couldn’t work at this location myself and be happy.
This is probably the worst McDonald’s in the nation I have visited I am sorry to say, but I don’t blame the regular staff/​cleaning crew or cashiers for it.

Went through the drive through and ordered a #10 (cripsy sweet chili chicken wrap) without fries– the lady couldn’t understand that I did not want fries and charged me for them anyways. I got the wrong order– a chicken sandwich and a large fries– my boyfriend took it back inside to get the correct order. The gentleman that ordered the chicken sandwich was standing there as well and she took the bag from my bf– glanced at the insides and handed it to the man without even offering to replace. I mean with all the scares about viruses going around… ugh DISGUSTING SERVICE. Then when she gave him the correct order my wrap not only had the sweet chili sauce on it, but the nasty (just not my first choice) ranch dressing on it!!! I mean seriously… how lazy can you get!!! I worked at McDonalds in Texas when I was 17 for about 8 months and I guess I was spoiled with good management. This was absolutely ridiculous. I was beyond disappointed.

Went there on 5 times in a 6 week period — only manage to get one breakfast order correct. Once they forgot to but the meat and eggs in the sandwich. If you complain, they will leave a message promising compensation, but it never arrives. Better to starve then give this franchise or any McDonald’s your business.

I ordered a 20-​piece chicken nuggets at the drive-​through and asked for sweet and sour sauce. When I looked in the bag, there were only two packets of sauce. Ridiculous! I parked the car, went inside, and helped myself to six containers of sauce at the self-​serve condiment station.

Usual fare from the company at this place but I went late just before closing. I only went because the building is unusually designed.

They tend to be very slow and they make some large mistake about every other order, most commonly giving you the wrong drink. Recently I went inside to see if that would be faster. There were 12 people in line, only one register open, and the manager was not helping the workers. Asking for anything special, such as no onion on a burger, really throws them.

This location almost always messes up my order, I have to check my food before I leave. Sometimes the workers are friendly-it’s hit or miss. If I come to this location, it’s because it’s closer to where I live.
Also, the inside is dirty. The trash can in the back of the restaurant has a swarm of tiny flies at the opening of the trash can.

This place is slow and loud.

Extremely slow, especially for a McDonald’s. Employees aren’t really nice and can be extremely rude, but that doesn’t bother me so much. What does is the accuracy of the employees, which frankly really sucks sometimes. I eat here a lot (it’s cheap and right next door to my apartment) but half the time I come in they mess up my order. Like once I went in to order ONE sandwich and the cashier charged me for 4. I told the cashier I only wanted one and then that cashier proceeds to tell me I said four the first time instead of just changing my order and saying okay. Talk about rude. The employees need to be trained more. Most of the time their food is fresh which is the most important thing. But man are they slow. If you have a 2 hour lunch break and don’t mind waiting an eternity for usually fresh fast food, then by all means stop on by. Just be prepared to be underwhelmed by the service. For all the other folks who probably want something a lot quicker or better service, steer clear of this restaurant. Also the wifi sucks. Plus the restrooms are usually really dirty.

Let’s establish some assumptions first.
1. Employees (and residents) In this area will likely have zero knowledge of American culture, customs, and language.
2. Traffic around here SUCKS. Period.
3. Most people avoid this area at all costs.
That being said, this McDonald wasn’t that bad. I had to specify my order in painstaking detail, demand Ketchup when I placed the order, and keep my daughter close at all times.
The food quality was good for a McDonalds.
That’s about it.

The glass corridor connecting the ordering area to the dining area is dark and a scary at night. We ate ketchup-​less french fries because MM would have had to leave me alone at the table while he got up to get ketchup.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Not only is it a pain to get to because the traffic is god awful in the area — but they ACTUALLY have the nerve to send you with your to-​go order of chicken mcnuggets WITHOUT ANY SAUCE.
I’m all set. Never again.

This location must have been designed by Chuck E Cheese.
It really does feel like a maze in here… as you walk around through the glass corridors to find cheese… I mean cashiers… on the other side.
This location is my go-​to-​spot to pick up a quick breakfast sandwich when I drive into work. It’s usually quicker for me to jump out of the car and grab my order instead of using the drive-​thru.
I really haven’t had too much problems with the service there. No side of «attitude» served with my meal yet.

I will never come back to this place! My order was wrong, and when I complained they looked at me like it was my problem that the person did not read the order correctly. I think that I have the right to get my order in which ive asked!!!
