Terrible. Workers unknown to the English language. Walked in with daughter they just stared at us until I asked can we order. Live nearby so tried it out a couple of times all times bad service like I was an annoyance to them. Stingy on condiments don’t even ask would you like ketchup or sauce you have to remember to ask then they review your order to see what you purchased like if you get just fries they won’t give you honey mustard. ordered the fish sandwiched and it tasted like old grease with a after taste which lets you know they are using the same grease for everything without changing it out. The fries are soft and tasteless. The best thing I ever received was the strawberry tea but you have to ask for extra ice or your iced tea will be lukewarm tea. The sad thing about this is its like the only Wendy’s in this area.

Go anywhere but this place!!! Seriously, I came in here on Saturday morning because Chipotle down the road was still closed and I was really starving. What a huge mistake!!! First, I was ignored at the counter for about 5 minutes. There was only 2 elderly workers and a manager working and bickering among each other in a foreign language. Just when I was about to give up and leave one of them turned her attention to me. Not only service there sucks, but the food is also poorly cooked. All of the patties in my ciabata burger were burnt and fries were cold. Never again, Wendys!!! NEVERAGAIN!!!

I visited this location at 12:30 today. I was taking three individuals with disabilities out for lunch. As they approached the counter, a young man/cashier began to laugh and make fun of them. Once he realized I had seen him, he ran off towards the drive thru– not in shame but to inform a coworker of a situation he found funny. Once I laid the laser beams on him, he got himself together. I asked him if he had never met a person with a disability. He actually said no. I find that hard to believe since he works at a strip mall. At any rate, I informed him that whatever experience we had there today would be shared on Unilocal/the internet. If I hadn’t been working with an individual who would be very sensitive to leaving without having their meal, I would have simply said what I said, then walked out. Not sure if the manager was aware– seemed absorbed in directing changes to the menu board.

I came here for lunch with my friends 2 days ago. All I could say is that the manager was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When we first came in, no ones was standing at the counter and we had to wait 2 – 3 min for ordering food. Then the manager came out, I told him that I had a coupon. He looked & asked«Where did you get it?»(That was really weird!!). I said I got it from mail. He said OK! My coupon was for 2 chicken sandwiches with 2 small fries for only $ 7.99!!! He added my order into the machine with the full price of $ 14!!! I said«But I had a coupon» and then he gave me discount. I asked for my receipt and found out that the total was $ 9.06($ 8.55 plus $ 0.51 tax). I asked him why I didn’t see any $ 7.99 like it said on the coupon. He said it was $ 7.99 plus tax. Then I asked«so what is about $ 0.51?» He said it was tax for the fries! I asked«how come was the tax separated?» Then he said«I don’t know! You want one dollar back?» And he gave me one dollar!!! I said I didn’t want a dollar. He asked«what do you want?» I said«I want you void this receipt and do the transaction again with $ 7.99 for the meal and total tax.» Not only did he not do it, he kept asking me to calculate the tax. I told him that«you have the machine to do that. So why do I have to calculate by myself. Just put on the machine to redo it!!» He said he couldn’t do that. Finally I was tired of this kind of manager so I said never mind and told him to put that one dollar into the tip box. That manager really does not care about his customer!!! I would never go back to this Wendy’s again!!!

Pretty average Wendy’s. At least they have a drive-thru and are relatively quick and accurate. Never actually been IN the restaurant, just the drive thru after trip to Home Depot.

First off… I have been there before and have enjoyed it. This review is for my dinning experience from this past Saturday. I was in the area and always stop there after Sym’s and such — but I am on Weight Watchers. My travel companion wanted to go there very very much. So we went. I was able to get a salad and the jr cheeseburger for a pretty low point count. My problem is that you tell them you dont want something and they do nto listen. I said no cucumbers on the salad they put them. I said no pickes on the burger, hey did not listen…(Can you tell I am not a cucumber fan?) Other then that… They are decent. They salad was not gross(actually pretty decent. the tomatos where suprisingly juicy) and the jr burger was decent too… I give it two stars. Not cause i dont like it just cause it is well… Wendy’s.

I share Adam’s lament about the combo comment, but mine seem to be, «YOUWANTCOMBO?» If I say, «can I have a spicy chicken sandwich?» I usually get, «YOUWANTCOMBO? WHATSIZE?!» Scary. Otherwise, it’s standard Wendy’s food here. While I didn’t have a disaffected employee chucking my fries over his shoulder like I did at the Tysons location, this guy also forgot my chili and had to replace the fries. But yeah, not a place I’d soon suffer again.

Been to the drive-thru twice on two consecutive days to have a salad for dinner. (1) First time everything went well. (2) Second time the Mandarin Chicken Salad looked like it was missing a lot of lettuce, AND they forgot the package of almonds. Both times we went through pretty quickly since there wasn’t anyone else at the drive-thru. My guess is this place was get soooooo much more traffic if it was visible from Rt. 7. What a travesty for a fast food joint to be hidden behind a bunch of trees along a busy road.
