What a yummy little ice cream shop! The employees were super friendly. I find that an ice cream shop with happy employees mean that the ice cream will be tasty! There were also tables and chairs nearby for everyone to sit and enjoy their ice cream. I ordered a kiddie sized vanilla and chocolate swirled ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. The ice cream was tasty and was not overly sweet. Definitely a great place to quickly grab ice cream!

Most people that travel throughout the state of Maine will find many little ice cream and greasy spoon type places throughout. In Falmouth, ME you would not expect to find this little gem of goodness connected to the Waldo General store right down the road from Wal-​Mart.
The service is GREAT … they have a lot of the high schoolers that are there for part time gigs but they are all super friendly and are always upbeat and positive.
I take my son and wife here all the time and we usually cop a squat on the picnic table in the grass in the little knoll across the parking lot.
The last time that we were here, I dove head first into a strawberry cheesecake ice cream in a cup and it was divine with chunks of strawberry and littered with graham cracker crumbles. My wife got the plain frozen yogurt that had honey and cinnamon throughout mixed with a fresh granola crunch that was a perfect mix to give it that textural difference you need with ice cream sometimes. My son got the whoopie pie ice cream that is both decadent and rich but is a sure show stopper for that kid who deserves that summer time treat.
Although the first review here was pretty tough, I beg to differ. If you live in the Falmouth area, it is a perfect little stop for you and the family that is not too overpriced like some ice cream stands that we have been to.
They, like most other ice cream stands are closed after September 15^th and reopen on April 15^th.

Delicious ice cream with a great selection of varied flavors. Not cheap, but on par with most over-​priced ice cream places around, so I doubt you can do much better on price. The staff were quick and friendly, too. What more do you want?
