My kid LOVES it here. We’ve been there dozens of times. Only for breakfast (or breakfast for dinner). So, I can’t say anything about anything else on the menu except breakfast diner food like you want every morning.

New favorite local breakfast place!
I’ve lived around the corner for awhile and have never been until my car being in the shop forced me to take a walk…
My food arrived quicker than I could scroll through my Twitter feed. Eggs were delicious and coffee had me asking for refills.
Bottom line, portions were huge, food was excellent, service was great and the bill was affordable. They even let me hang out for 2 hours to finish my studies on a busy Friday rush!
Will definitely be back soon!

Look, if you want to experience some kick ass breakfast, show up early. This place is proficient, clean, quick, accommodating, top service, and most of all delicious. I’m working on completing the egg casserole list. LOVE the French casserole.
I don’t give out 5 stars easily either.

Great little breakfast place. The servings are very generous for a good price. The corned beef hash is excellent — not overly salted like most places — with two perfectly poached eggs. My husband loves that fact that he can get a Taylor Ham on a hard roll. You’ve got to try this place. The servers are very nice.

I love coming here for breakfast. Its exactly what I’m looking for in a diner. Nothing fancy– just a good meal. The staff is always friendly and the food comes quickly. This is my go to local diner.

My family and I have eaten here many times over the years, however tonight we were horrified when we sat down at a table and a mouse ran across the dining room floor and hid under a bench seat. We informed the night manager who calmly said ‘thank you for telling me’ no questions on where mouse was or apologize for the incident. We so freaked out could not eat and we left with out finishing our meal. Will never go here again and are calling board of health asap !!! One star rating only because there is no option for less stars. Disgusting!!!

Good place if you want a big breakfast. The food is good, the last time I went I customized the Spinach & Feta omelette to add steak & mushrooms. It was pretty good, a little bland for my taste, I had to add salt, pepper & hot sauce to make it good for me.
I previously had the Corned Beef Hash & Eggs, that was good, I’d get it again. Their pancakes really are great though, big & fluffy! Great option if you want breakfast & want to avoid the sub-​par, overpriced, only diner in the area (scotchwood).

Food is always good breakfast is great very nice staff, first time there ordered coffee & got a pot I really wasn’t expecting that, I ordered grits sausage and eggs and the grits were very good we usually like my own on my mother’s but there’s one trainee work too hard perfect.

Just had lunch, my eyes were way bigger than my need. I had meat loaf, very OK, enough for three people. I also had a baked potato, corn and a green salad and bread. Food came quick, was hot and at least double what human could eat. Great place.

From the outside looks very country-​ish lol. The food was delicious and came really quick. Nice homey feeling to it like think of sitting in grandma’s kitchen with rooster decorations. Will definitely go again.

IF YOU’RE A BREAKFAST LOVER TRY THIS PLACE
Place is infested of courteousness and convenient service. Big pancakes, french toast, and Belgian waffles all served warm perfectly! Will always go back there when I get a chance.
I never shut up about those pancakes I enjoy while eating there. I just like them.

This is one of our local go-​to diners. Great service from friendly staff, good coffee, hot fresh made-​to-​order breakfast.
I’ve only had the turkey club sandwich for lunch, but it’s just as fresh and satisfying as their breakfasts.
I like the open layout of the restaurant as well.

Edited: The service is solid and friendly. They finally fixed the french toast fiasco they created when they started using sandwich bread. BUT… the place is filthy. Dirty. Yuck. Today, I saw mouse poop on the window ledge. No joke. Go inside, make a left toward the coat rack and look at the window sill. Poop everywhere!
2011: Wonderful breakfast food with HUGE portions. I am a fan of the pancakes and french toast. Service is fast and courteous.
