What a joke. One person on the register at 8 in the morning. Waited until 6 people on line at another register to tell us that it was closed. I used to live in Far Rockaway and always avoided the place. Had a coworker tell me she had to write corporate about this place. Do yourself a favor and take a drive to another one nearby.

The most disgusting one in the area. It makes me uncomfortable going in there because it’s never clean the décor is not updated like other mc donalds resturants (90s vibe), and the high school kids that work there are very rude. I ordered a big mac for the first time ever and when I got home the container only had buns. No meat, lettuce, cheese, sauce etc. just buns. I came back a different time and ordered a simple mc double and was given something that tasted two days old and a large fry with the contents of a small. Never going back there again

Gangsta.
Not only is this place in a 90’s time warp, but I’m pretty sure a gang fight broke out while I was here peeing. Beyond that there were oodles of bratty kids running amok and screeching, glad I only stopped to go to the bathroom and grab some fries so I didn’t drop dead of hunger. (I was riding the A train in its entirety from 207^th St to Far Rockaway… yeah I’m that dorky.)
Fries were hot and crispy, not soggy and old, so there’s that. McDonalds is McDonalds, what else can I say?

Lazy lazy lazy!!! The must put the 2 fastest workers in drive thru because whenever I go through the drive thru, they are quick. Now when i go inside, they are slow and lazy and have attitudes. I usually don’t expect much from a fast food place but this reflects highly on the manager (s). Get your team in order and teach them about great customer service!

Always lots of neighborhood folks around. Lots of teenagers. Busy but standard service. Nothing stellar. Looks better kempt than the White Castle across the street. I definitely won’t linger in either for a meal. Takeout only!!!

What can you say about this place?
It’s been here forever, the food is decent, and the owner is very happy to call the tow-truck if you park in his lot and leave the property for a minute.
I actually had to stop by the neighboring liquor store one day, so I parked in the lot at McDonald’s because I was gonna pick up some food in the drive-thru on my way out. I spent about 3 minutes in the liquor store, came out, and my car was in the air on a tow truck — whom, by the way, was going to tow a standard trans AWD Subaru from the back, parked in 1^st gear? I should have let him tow it and buy me a new transmission.
Oh, and at least 2 people get shot and killed in this place per year.
That said, the service here is pretty quick. I’d rather come here on the rare occasion that I feel like risking my health eating this crap, than go to the next closest one, where nobody gets shot — just because I don’t feel like waiting 20 minutes for someone to step up to the register.
