Located in the Terminal 7 Food Court, after security in the British Air/​United Airlines terminal.
The food was bad. The service was bad.
The cheeseburgers were OK, but not sure what was with the fries. I had two and threw out the rest. Did not taste like fries at all. The only thing I can think of is that they haven’t changed the fry oil in a while.
Service was first and foremost rude to all customers, let alone had zero customer service and were on their cell phones, snapping gum, yelling at each other.
The 2 cheeseburger meal cost $ 6.74. This place is not worth it for grabbing a quick meal as you rush to the flight. By the snack box on the plane for a dollar more, you’ll be happy that you did.
