Went to Cracked Pepper again today, very good experience. I enjoy the fact their menu changes daily and I tried their soups today for the first time, very good. Will definitely visit again.

I got the hummus wrap, bean and bacon soup, and a special K bar. YUM. I will definitely be back! Getting in and out with my takeout took maybe five minutes, it took me longer to decide what I wanted to order! Portions are very good, nice large wraps and huge cookies too. Hidden gem in a location you wouldn’t expect to find a restaurant.

I just love this place! The menu changes daily and is always delicious. The service is great and the price is very reasonable. Local ladies that obviously care about what they do and how they do it. Great for all ages-my kids love it as much as I do!

I have eaten at Cracked Pepper a number of times and always enjoy it, but I was inspired to write this review today because of the Andouille Sausage & Chicken Wild Rice Soup I just had for lunch. First, it is a great deal. For less than $ 5 I got a large bowl of soup and dinner roll. Second, it is amazing. Like the best soup I have ever had anywhere ever. This is what I imaged Soup Nazi soup from Seinfeld would taste like. Other than the soup, I have had their sandwiches and hot plate specials. I have never been disappointed. Their desserts are also excellent. Even though I am not vegetarian, I do appreciate that they typically have at least one vegetarian option on the menu. All in all, great place. The food is great and delivered fast, people are friendly, atmosphere is pleasant, and menu changes daily so you can always try something new.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere, very friendly service, and home cooked entrees and deserts that are absolutely delicious. This place is a nice escape from the monotony of bland chain restaurants. Also, the trivia cards at the table are a nice touch to pass the time.

Cracked Pepper is such a random spot, but it’s pretty good! It has such a pleasant, homey, feel. It looked like there were family members hanging out and just walking in and out of the kitchen. It added to the character of the place. This is one of those places where you order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. I ordered a broccoli bacon cheddar egg bake. It was good and filling. I just wish it had a little more cheese and bacon flavor. It wasn’t quite as good as I was expecting, but not bad at all. I LOVED the apple fritter bread that came with it. It was so delish. The dish also came with fresh fruits. The meal as a whole was great– a good combination. Even though the egg bake didn’t meet my expectations, I still give 4 stars partly because of the apple fritter bread and partly because of the laidback, relaxing environment. I just felt so satisfied and nourished after my experience there. It’s a feel-good place.

I have been to Cracked Pepper a few times for lunch and only can give them rave reviews! Every morning I get their menu email and my mouth starts watering because I know there’s something on there that I would love to eat every day. My favorite is the chicken bruschetta salad and tomato soup-delicious! I would highly recommend this for a lunch spot for anyone!

Absolutely love this little lunch spot! It’s tucked away in a strip mall, very small but super cute, and the staff is as fantastic as the food is! This isn’t your fancy-schmancy elitist fine dining establishment: this is good quality, homemade(seriously, just like Grandma made!), fresh, delicious and reasonably-priced comfort food enjoyed in a comfortable, homey atmosphere. Cracked Pepper’s menu selections change daily but they always have some type of sandwich/soup combo, salad, and hot item of some sort. Their very«North Dakotan» menu features classic MidWestern items such as the ever-popular Tater Tot Hotdish, Knephla soup, meatloaf, as well as some excellent paninis, wraps, salads and soups. And their desserts make me want to lick the plate, every. single. time. I’ve never been there on a Saturday morning, but they do have«brunchy» dishes served those days in addition to regular lunch items. Another plus is that they post their menu daily on their blog, . It may sound corny, but I truly feel like every dish is made with love! Cracked Pepper is definitely a hidden gem in the F-M area! TRYIT!
