They need to revisit Phili, because this is not a Phili cheese steak. It’s more like chopped meat on an Italian bun. Very dry.

This place is very craftily exposing banh mi sandwiches into the populace here, just in heavily Americanized versions and calling them specifically after other more well-known American sandwiches. Case in point, their Philly steak. How many Philly steaks come with teriyaki sauce? If your answer is a positive number, you are wrong but you can get one here by that name. In many ways, this place is the ultimate fusion as everything is served on very nice French baguettes that are the hallmark of banh mi. No idiots these proprietors, they do not use that name or term anywhere in the restaurant, but those sandwiches are much closer to that than to the American namesakes. There are no phở bowls or rice or anything like that here; you see fries. In the fountain is Diet Mt. Dew, so all to the good there. Fries are, however, oversalted. There are also cookies available from someplace called Best Maid. These are Asian proprietors, so service can be a bit brisk and abrupt, not rude, but more like short and to the point. Good enough for me. The place is also very bare bones, but did seem to be overall pretty clean. The bottom line here is they sling a very good sandwich. I wouldn’t call it great, but they do a great job of having it fit the area, which still serving somewhat top notch sandwiches and some interesting takes on old classics. It’s easily the best thing we had on our annual trip so far, food-wise, since leaving Salt Lake City.

These sandwiches are awesome. Try the cordon Bleu #4. The sauce they use just sets it off. The bread is the right mix of softness and crispness on the outside.

Fun unique and delicious. It is clear that this is a family business and they serve a fine fast product.

I’m a fan of this place. They make your food in front of you on a flat top grill. Everything tasted great. I didn’t get a great clean and sanitary vibe from this place, though which is why I deducted a star.

What a disappointing visit here for dinner. My advice: come here for lunch and stay clear of this place for dinner. Bread was terribly dry. I literally had to break the top and bottom parts off to expose the softer core. Highly likely that this bread was fresh for lunch but exposed to air that dried it out over the last few hours until my unfortunate dinner experience. Waaaay too much mayonnaise. Completely took any healthy advantage this sandwich had going for it. They don’t have cheddar — only«processed American cheese product.» Soda fountain wasn’t working — none of them. And no refunds. Employees didn’t understand or communicate effectively in English. Very challenging to understand. One of the employees told me they don’t carry Swiss cheese(which they do) which I attribute to a language barrier. The only upside: Fries were excellent and very tasty. Certainly not coming back. UPDATE: my stomach just exploded. EATHEREATYOUROWNRISK

If your mouth doesn’t start watering profusely as you stand in line watching your sizzling hot sandwich being grilled up on the flat top, then I just don’t know what to tell you. I ordered the Chicken Ranch Junction, and it was as good as it looked. The sandwich came out oozing with a piping hot melted miracle of cheese and ranch. Really delicious stuff. I enjoyed my sandwich more than the others in my party, so chicken ranch might be the way to go here. This was a fabulous, heavy sandwich. I ordered the large and it really was huge.

Not too appealing as far as the atmosphere goes, but wow! Do these people know how to create a delicious lunch! Simply amazing. Came here after a weekend with friends in Fargo. Ordered the chicken parmesan with fries. There may be a wait on a Sunday afternoon but believe me – worth it. Can’t wait to go back. Prices aren’t unreasonable. The tables could’ve been cleaned up better, as most were not wiped down. As well as the bathrooms; not in the greatest shape. Believe me when I say, just get your mind past the décor/possibly dirty atmosphere and get a sandwich. Even if that means you take it to-go…who cares?! De-lish.

Love me some G-Junks. The junction delight with peppers is super yummy, I also like the Chicken junction… ok I like just about everything they offer. I can say that because I have eaten almost everything on their menu. The bread is crusty on outside and soft on the inside. the hot grill and sauces on the sandwich fillings are excellent. Such a nice change from the bland ordinary sub shops! The fries are usually seasoned well and pretty good too but for me it is all about the sandwiches. Service is good, I can’t think of a time when I have had awful service or bad food, so they earn a 5 star from me :)

When you walk in, you can smell how delicious your sandwiches will be! The grill is new york-style: you watch your sandwich made in front of you as you wait to pay. Usually, I’m drooling by the time I get my food. I would recommend the Chicken Junction or the Chicken Ranch Junction sandwich. The special is a good deal — includes fries and a pop. They make your fries to order as well and top it with yummy seasoning. It does take 15 – 20 minutes to get your food when they’re busy at lunch time. If you only have a half hour, you’ll have to eat quick or get your food to go. I highly recommend Grand Junction! I make sure to stop by whenever I’m in town.

Great subs, great fries, although you don’t get as many as you used to. Chicken junction and cajun ranch are the subs I usually get when I’m in Fargo.

I love Grand Junction!!! The Hawain sub is the best! I am living in California now and have been looking for a sub shop similiar to Grand Junction and have yet to find one. This time home it was one of my first stops!!! The reason only 4 stars then, well the lady who works the cash register, and she is the ONLY one who is allowed to tough the thing is rather rude not only to customers but to her employees. The employess arent that friendly either. But I love Grand Junction and the crappy customer service doesnt keep me away from here.
