Chateau De Ville

My brother could relocate to Frisco, so he was off apartment hunting. I was his adviser. Don’t know why since he typically ignores me. The staff was super friendly to us, although we had to wait a while for them to free themselves up. We got a tour of the facilities and the apartments. Very clean, new looking and showed a lot of promise.

I have lived in these apartments now for one year. Last week, my hot water heat broke down. I called them at 8:30 am to report it. I went home for lunch at 12:00 noon and it had already been replaced. They are FANTASTIC about repairs and such.
The neighbors are a rich mixture of all kinds of people that are very friendly. I have not met a single person that was not friendly.
I just renewed my lease and will for some time to come. I love the place.

I have lived here for 3 years. I have no problem saying my name is Chris Bullock and this is definitely one of my favorite places I have lived. Maintenance goes above and beyond literally. Staff has been the most pleasant out of any place I have lived. If you read otherwise on other reviews all I can say is to treat people the way you would like to be treated.
The few negatives will be found in any other similar complex and are nothing out of the ordinary. They do have wood floors, common sense will tell you that you will hear your neighbors occasionally. I live pool side and at times it can get packed with a party but doesn’t happen that often. People will occasionally leave chairs in the pool after hours when office is closed which is my biggest complaint. Safety I give 4 stars because without a fob most people can’t get in but I have seen a little criminal activity from time to time. Majority of the residents are great but a few have a stick in there —. The parking garage can be tricky if you have a large vehicle and it was not lit up very well until recently.
List of things that stand out: Elevators will fit any furniture you bring in. Every apartment has an additional guest bathroom. You can grill on your balcony. Your vehicle is out of the weather.
Definitely bang for your buck and strongly recommend moving in. I’m moving out soon for change of scenery but I will keep them in mind for years to come.
