Lakeview at Parkside

I recently moved here from South Florida and checked out a lot of apartments. Lakeview at Parkside was the only place that stood out for me. From the variety of amenities provide to prompt and friendly service at the leasing office. Kelly and Cola assisted me with my application and Kyla who did my walk through were exceptional! Friendly neighbors, peaceful surroundings, and great service is more than I bargained for.

Worst Place ever… Just moved 2 days ago and already extremely disappointed. Where do i start? apartment not cleaned properly, lights not working, windows not fixed correctly and ofcourse the parking is a nightmare. These apartments are so expensive for absolutely nothing. I feel like laughing when they call themselves Luxury Apartments as its total crap.

We love it here, the ladies in the office are the best. They are so sweet and friendly. When something needs to be done it is. We were wanting a house but we don’t want to leave here.

I started living here in the beginning of the summer 2015. I am from Chicago Illinois so I am used to chilled seasons, especially winter! I am pretty much spoiled living in these apartments because of the luxury of having more than one pool, and access to the other pools at Villas at Parkside. I am a college student, and having my own space to think for myself has helped me grow as a human being ! I love the peace I can get when I want to go on walks. However, the Texas heat is warm so I am not sure if it is necessary to go on a walk during the blazing day. But, when the sun starts to set I notice myself wanting to go explore the scenery around. It is a luxury place. But, the only draw backs I do not like is the sauna does not get hot as I want it too. I have yet to figure out how to use it. That’s about it as a draw back. Overall, the location is terrific. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I do. The people seem to be to themselves a lot. No drama just peace ! That’s what we all desire in apartment living right !? :)
