Ordered combination fried rice and shrimp fried rice. It was good and hot! Service was friendly and cashier was sweet :)

I ate here several times and every time I come here I always get their chicken strips because it’s a huge chicken breast coated in their flour and fried to perfection and plus they have to make it because they don’t have it ready. That’s okay for me I like my food fresh and hot. IMHO this place has the best chicken strips I have ever tasted in Carrollton. When getting the chicken strips ask them for their hot sauce, you will not regret it.
Their fried catfish is actually really good I think they changed the recipe twice when I went they had me try it probably because I was a regular for couple weeks when they opened. Fried fish was good the second time. Same with the fish here get the hot sauce it taste much better than the tarter sauce they give.
I have not tried their fried chicken yet. The chicken fried rice isn’t that great it was very oily which makes me afraid to try the other fried rice that they have. I’ll have to come back to try the fried chicken.

Carrollton, TX
I live close to Pop’s (now called Pak’s Chicken) so it’s very convenient to grab some dinner. The food is usually very good, and it’s inexpensive. I have never actually had their fried chicken as there are a lot of other menu items available but I have never been disappointed with the food. It’s also very fast so I have never had to wait very long to get my food and go.
