KFC

Our chicken still had the feathers attached even though it was thoroughly dead. They have raised their prices way too high! We used to go here a lot but its just not worth it anymore.

Went through the drive thru At 9:30pm. No answer. Drove to the window and honk. The worker signal through the window they were closed. This was odd because they usually stay open until midnight.

This place was so dirty ! I wanted to go grab a hose and clean it myself! My appetite was ruined from the nastiness of the place !

drive thru can NOT get the order right, or complete and they over charge
I work very long hours. so i decided to give this location yet another try — same thing as alway, the drive thru could not even take the order right, so i decided to go in. There was a man in front of me trying to get waited on… after a long wait some one finally address him. He was trying to get a drink that they did not give him. I finally gave up because i could not get waited on. Oh during my exhausting attempt at the drive thru… repeating my order over 5 times (all i wanted was a 1 pc meal) they kept trying to sell me a kids meal. they finally got the one piece meal on the screen and it was more than what it should have been. then they still tried to give me a kids meal.
I told the complaint line that the only way I would go back is if the GENERAL manager is there because the manager is just as ignorant has the crew.
If the company sends you a coupon PLEASE take it someplace else or better yet. just throw it away — because the aggrevation is not worth it.
By the way — the food does suck– i know children that can cook better

Cold night — needed to eat something quick as I had a lot of work to do.
This location is brand spanking new! Like only a month old or something. Drive Thru line was crazy packed, especially for a Tuesday night.
I ordered a leg, breast plate with mashed potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese. When I was younger I always thought KFC was great for fast food. Now that I’ve gotten older — I think not.
Chicken was very very greasy and kinda burnt or something. However the skin was crunchy and that tasted good — but trying to lay off the fried chicken skin. The mashed potatoes were pretty good… but I think my dog has made better mac and cheese, blind folded. Biscuit was really dry but I think it could be pretty darn good if just out of the oven.
Will skip this place in the future — no matter how busy I am nor how cold it is!
