I bought my boyfriend a 2 hour men’s spa treatment for his birthday for $ 89 through living social, what a deal right? I called and made the appointment within a few days of buying the voucher. A few weeks later when the day of the appointment arrived I called to confirm his appointment that I had made. The women who answered the phone asked the name and time and after 5 minutes of her searching for it she stated that she would «put me down» as of the appointment had never been made. My boyfriend went and had his treatment which lasted less than 2 hours and at the end was asked to pay $ 45 for «extended massage time». I called and asked for a manager and the woman told me that there wasn’t one there??? Oh but when I stated that I would be disputing the charge apparently a manager would call me in 5 minutes. These people are crooks, don’t go here.
