. I went to them a few years back when they were in Deer Park and sought them out again when it was time to update my kitchen. Their reps were great (Steve and Sebastian) and helped us find the stone we were looking for. Their prices are reasonable and there they ample choices. Marble.com’s installers are exceptional! A team of three (Tristan and his team) came with the pieces for my kitchen. They did not compromise on their quality of work. They noticed that my contractor did not level the counters well enough for them to do a quality job with the granite and attempted to correct the situation. However, it turned out that my contractor had to come over to adjust. All the while the team kept busy towards a quality install job and was patient with the contractor. Once the contractor remedied the cabinets, Marble’s team went right to work to finish the job. The seam was perfect, and they took great care of my granite and were extremely professional and respectful of my property. All three installers were helpful throughout the process and also helped with my island top (also got from

We just finished our kitchen and needed to look for countertops. The contractor recommended a bunch of stone yards and fabricators and we did our shopping. We stumbled across
and at first were a bit skeptical. We did our research and there were limited reviews for this Farmingdale location. That being said, we did find one person in the community who used and had a great experience so we took a shot. The big factor in using them was price — about $ 1K to $ 1500 less (as much as you can compare apples to apples) for our Quartzite countertops than what the others were offering. This is because they cut out the middle man. They sell you the stone, fabricate it and install it. Here is how the process worked —
We went down there and walked through the yard and identified what we like. We took the numbers in and they gave us some quotes. Everything was laid out — stone, template for cutting sink and edging. Basically, you pay for exactly what is there — no surprises. Even the 4 holes i needed for the sink they didn’t charge me, they took care of that during install.
We called them the day before we were ready to do the countertops. They sent someone over the next day who was on time and very courteous. They used the latest laser and CAD technology to do the measurements. They told me I would need no seams based on the measurements. They took my sink (you need the sink to provide them). Upon completion results are uploaded to office.
You show up at office and pay 50% in certified check– you select your stone and they tape it all out with you so you can pick the pieces you like for the different areas. They were very accomodating. In fact, we worked with Robert who was top notch. He even found a piece from elsewhere to match perfectly where we needed another section. Once done, you sign, they go over the selections again including edging and you are set.
The next day they fabricate it all and can do the install asap. We had this all done in 1 week!
A team of four showed up at the house and asked for the remaining balance in certified check. They then began install and were very careful in putting each piece on the cabinets. They caulked accordingly. They put in the sink, undermounted and sealed it nice. The whole job was done perfect. We noticed one edge with a chip and they sanded it down like new. They sealed the stone and cut the holes. All done within 1 hour.
My wife and I were extremely impressed and we would absolutely recommend to anyone else.

Terrible! I chose one stone. We agreed in writing. They made a template. I went to pay and was told that the stone I chose was now sold out and that I could buy a stone that was $ 1400 more expensive, or they could substitute the one I chose for a cheap ugly one at no additional cost. Needless to say, I cancelled my order
