The service here from Jonathan and Dr. Yoo is amazing! Dr. Yoo took his time to make sure I understand what exactly was affecting my recent eye strain. And showed me many different lenses so I could see the difference. Jonathan was super helpful too, he gave me extra copies of documents I would need to submit a rebate in a «fancy» bjs bag. He even gave me samples of contact solution. I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and I don’t think their service and price can be beat!

They are awful! I made the mistake of going here to get my vision checked and my contact prescription filled and it’s been an awful experience. Worst customer service ever. Don’t even think about going here. They will mess up your order and then make it your problem.
