Dunkin’ Donuts

The parking at this Dunkin is a real pain. You are only able to enter from 110, unable to exit. You have to exit on Broadhollow road even though it’s a major inconvenience to pull out that exit and the parking lot is consistently a traffic jam as it is. The long drive thru completely blocks the parking lot if there are more than five cars on line you’re unable to pull into a spot. This past Christmas Eve I pulled into the parking lot, noticed that the drive thru line was long and not moving so I decided to maneuver my way into a spot and head inside. The line inside was just as long and again not moving. After five or six minutes of waiting inside without any progress I had to leave. There were three employees working the drive thru area and only one in the front, poor guy. He needed help, it’s Christmas Eve, of course people are going to be out and about and needed that caffeine to get them going. I had to be rebellious and pull out of the NO EXIT driveway, there was plenty of room for two way traffic.

Despite some of the employees here being very friendly, this is far form being my favorite DD location. However I am currently on crutches so going to a drive-​thru is my only option for morning coffee and this one happens to be across the street from my job.
Because of the awkward parking lot/​drive-​thru layout, customers are constantly cutting each other off, blocking traffic, blocking in parked cars, etc. Plus half the time it’s not even worth the aggravation and wait. Today my coffee was lukewarm and earlier this week I had a healthy portion of coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. I miss Georgio’s!

This place is getting worse and worse with its service. 10 people working behind the counter are extremely unorganized. I asked for decaf iced coffee with just milk first I got hot coffee. Then I got iced coffee with so much sugar my teeth almost fell out. The parking lot is a disaster because the drive thru line takes too long. The drive thru takes long because orders get screwed up, which inexperienced. Going inside isn’t any better. There is a Dinkin Donuts on every corner this one lost my business.

This location almost always screws up my order. Especially on the drive through they seem to have more problems. You would think that being on a very busy road in a big work office area, that they would get the hang of it. Guess not.

Horrible service!!!
Had to wait for 10 minutes for 4 large coffees.
When I went back the manager in charge told me that’s the standard way they make them.
Then she proceeded to make jokes about my complain with her employees and a different client.
I have had coffee at DD for over 20 years this is definitely not the «Standard».
Never going there again.

Not the usual great product as I normally get. Iced caramel latte tastes like a mixed up iced coffee with milk and some caramel at the bottom of the cup. Pretty sure they mixed up my order. The employee at the drive thru actually said «iced caramel coffee?» I replied «no, iced caramel latte.» He said, «oh yeah, latte». Drive thru was very quick, but disappointing. I will return though out of convenience.

Instead of just pumping out the food as fast as you can, here is an idea. Try putting out a product that is what the customer ordered.
Make sure you check your order before driving away to be disappointed later…

Donuts are always fresh, yes they mess up orders most of the time when you go to the drive thru, not sure if is just me or what but I always end up with something I didn’t order
I want to give a five stars to Max, he’s always so polite, cheerful, fast and attentive, we all need more people like Max always with a greeting

This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts on Long Island. Trust me, I know. I go every morning for my coffee. The staff here is very efficient and extremely friendly. The donuts are the freshest and softest I’ve ever had in the entire North East region.
And since this is their first review, I just want to put it out there that I do not work for them I just really like this location.
