Pop-A-Lock of Western Suffolk County

I don’t think we were ever given the keys to the front storm door so instead of buying a new door I called Pop-​A-​Lock and spoke to Brian. I am tired of people banging on my front door like they’re the cops. I don’t feel safe in my neighborhood either. Brian was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. If I ever have any additional lock needs I would hire him again. I highly recommend him.

I was locked out of my bedroom and did a google search for a 24 hour locksmith. Pop a lock was the first one to show up in the search after the sponsored companies. I checked out the Unilocal reviews and gave him a call. Brian said I was about 25 minutes away and got here in under a half hour. He was out of my house within 10 minutes. Not only was he really nice and professional, but he definitely knew what he was doing! No need to break my door handle. If I ever manage to do this again, he’s the one I’m calling! I really suggest you do too!

Pop-​A-​Lock was arranged by ADT to install keypad lock that I can control via internet. Having installed door locks before I thought it would be easy to do and by the time Brian arrived I almost had the job completed. Brian is a very friendly guy. His van is well equipped, very cleaned and organized. Brian offered to make a couple extra sets of keys for me, for back up and also to take a double look at the lock to make sure it was working properly. Everything in check, he saw that my glass screen door to which I had no keys, wasn’t closing and locking properly. He fixed it all and it’s working great now and I have keys to lock it. I most definitely would use Brian’s friendly, professional, efficient, well organized and clean services again. You can tell that he loves his craft and that he does well with it. He went over and beyond the call of what he had to do for this job. Congrats Brian, you’ll definitely have a repeat customer with me. I highly recommend if you have any key/​lock issues with your home or car that you contact Brian without hesitation!

I called pop a lock when I locked my keys in the car. Was the cheapest of all the places I called. Then they promised to be here in under an hour and exactly 45 minutes later– there he was. Nice guy gets out of the van, says «hello, Miss Carol, my name is Brian» and proceeds to shake my hand and get the job done. Nicest guy ever. Found out he makes all sorts of rescue calls. I hope I never need to call him again, but if I ever need a flat chaned, a jump or do as stupid a thing as I did Saturday, I’ll be calling Brian again. Thanks, Brian!
BTW, as you’ll see below– HE UNLOCKS KIDS AND PETS FOR FREE! But don’t ever be that stupid, please.
