I am so torn about writing this review, because I am afraid that this amazing company will be too busy to assist me. The owner, Ken, is just an amazing person! Goes above and beyond to assist and truly understands what an emergency is. Let’s talk about no heat on Christmas, or six days without clean, hot water at the start of summer (Memorial Day weekend). This didn’t matter, the phone was answered and the work was done immediately! A fantastic group of personnel and a wealth of knowledge. This is a person who works very, very hard to make an honest days living, and believe you/​me, the prices for these holiday emergency were so realistic, it was almost a dream! Thanks again to an amazing person and team!
