This is my girlfriends favorite bagel shop, and that is very unfortunate for me. We have been here 4 times. The first time was solid. The second time I had a giant hair in my omelet. The third time I got spoiled milk. And today’s fourth visit resulted in me asking for a B4 w/over easy eggs on an everything bagel with hot sauce, I got an everything roll with eggs that had zero run in the yolk and no hot sauce. The food is ok. You would think for how basic the food is at a place like this and with how many employees are running around that they would be able to put out correct orders. Seriously the crummiest place you can eat at in Farmingdale.

Working around area, there’s not a lot choices. So it does what it does when your one those who haven’t meal prep breakfast. It’s cool very busy morning and evening. It’s overpriced bottom line

The bagels at Stuff-a-bagel are fine, your standard Long Island bagels. I picked up a dozen(they gave me 14, much appreciated) and the guy helping me was very friendly and patient as I picked them all out. I also got a ½ pound of scallion cream cheese. Total price? About $ 21 and when I checked, I noticed I was charged about $ 6 for the cream cheese alone. I’m not saying they overcharged me, but the prices are very high IMO. I’ve gone to places and gotten the same thing for closer to $ 15. When I asked others, they all agreed, their prices are way higher than most other places on Long Island. There are plenty of other places to go that charge much less for the same quality product so unless I’m in a situation where this is the only place I can get to like this time, I’ll probably go elsewhere.

The food is usually ok. But come on, 2 hours for a breakfast delivery on a Tuesday? Why bother delivering?

This place has never ever gotten my order right. I literally get an everything bagel with veggie c.c. And they mess it up every time. Bagel factory is wayyyy better.

I’ve only been here once, and I wasn’t a big fan of their bagel. The one I had was hard, and barely had any cream cheese. On the plus side, they had a lot of seating and multiple TVs to watch.

Stuff this. Signing up for the Stuff a bagel daily newsletter puts you in the running to win a free lunch… I won two or three times. The first and only time I decided to redeem my free lunch, the staff had no idea what to do… I gather not many people bother claiming this free lunch, which includes: any sandwich, a drink, and a bag of chips… or so they told me when i claimed it… after the manager rang me up and charged me nothing, I was in a good mood regardless of waiting 20 minutes for my order. I then sat down, took a bite out of my sandwich, and was actually DISAPPOINTED in my FREELUNCH… that’s how bad this place is. Expect a dry, small, not what you ordered, piece of plastic. Obviously I never returned and doubt I would if I won again… then again, there’s nothing better than a free lunch… except of course a good free lunch… …hmmm?

Their pricing is ridiculous. I asked how much was a bagel and they said a dollar and change I said cool I’ll take two w/cream cheese and toasted it came out to 6.80−6.90 $. Place is a joke it’s 1.50−2 $ for toasted with cream cheese? Lmao never again

I go to stuff a bagel 2 maybe 3 times a week. I enjoy the bagels they have with the selection of cream cheese to choice from. If not i get a egg sandwich which i never had a issue with my order. When i want to treat myself ill get a muffin. Like the birthday cake one which is great.

The prices are too high. $ 6.49 for a pound of macaroni salad. Bagels aren’t even that good. They mess up orders often as well.

I’ve got two words: Foam bagel. Not sure what stuff-a-bagel means at this location, but I was miserable after one bite. My last experience was pretty«ehh» too so I’ll be finding another breakfast spot when I need to take the train from Bethpage Pretty high standards to live up to on the island, but seriously it was at least a day old bagel. Please turn up the quality here, the staff was super friendly.

Not a fan. First you walk in and the ordering process is a complicated as a runic cube. It’s like 3 steps and 2 different lines. Bagels hard and didn’t seam fresh. Not friendly or fast. And when I was in there their was only about 4 people and I waited 20 min for a egg sandwich. Not recommended at all.

I’ve been going to this place the last few years on my way out of NYC to drop my husband at bethpage golf just about every nice weather weekend. I can’t express how good the breakfast food and bakery options are. I would have never expected this quality from a bagel shop. This place is underrated and is worth trying. They used to have what I considered the best donuts I ever had and are no longer selling them because of low sales. If you go, ask about the donuts… maybe they’ll bring them back with enough inquiries. Since the donuts are gone we’ve been trying a different bakery item each week and nothing has disappointed us yet. The coffee cakes, cinnabun, b/w cookies and much more are all amazing. We also love their flagel egg sandwich. If your heading to bethpage golf or in the neighborhood for any reason, this is your top option for a quick breakfast and some bakery goods.

This place is over-rated, and inconsistent. I’ve had a bunch of things here including, pancakes, eggs, egg sammies, potato patties, cheese blitzes, muffins and bagels. They have gotten the order wrong multiple times, served over cooked bacon, eggs and rolls. The iced coffee I have to say is very delicious though. The daily specials seem to be your best bet here. The cheese blitzes were yummy and decadent(as you would expect). The potato patty is only served on the weekends and is stale and sitting behind the glass until you order. Bleh. They always have samples of muffins and whatnot to try which I always look forward to. :) They rave about there pancakes but mine were over cooked and lacked dreamy fluffiness. The service is friendly and fast and it’s a nice sit down deli, a ton of variety. I think it’s a bit overpriced. Try this place out if you are willing to risk your meal… I wanna give this place 2.5 stars but I rounded up.

Lived around the block from this place growing up. It was the best when I was a kid, but now that they have gotten all fancy with other stuff, they have forgotten what stuff-a-bagel is truly about. Will never come here again!

Located in Farmingdale village, lots area options so if you must have bagels or a quick meal, this would be the place. I was not in the mood for cream cheese but if I was I probably would have tried the cinnamon raisin cream cheese or the maple walnut, which also looked good. My toasted cranberry bagel with butter was pretty good, wasn’t burnt and a good amount of butter was used(as opposed to the bagel being drenched in butter).

This place has EVERYTHING! The breakfast menu is great! Thats why it tends to be so crowded in the mornings. The donuts look like the donuts from the Simpsons and are amazing. All other muffins/cookies/cakes are great as well! Especially the pound cake muffin.

I think Stuff-a-Bagel now has a location at 1253 Melville Road which is across the street from Farmingdale State College. This is a great spot to pick up a quick breakfast or lunch. The service is very fast. You can also order in by phone or by web. Convenience is obviously a high priority for this shop.

Just waited 10 minutes for a bagel toasted with one egg on it.(Wasn’t very busy) This place charges for you to toast your bagel… I’ve never heard of that. I also don’t know if I was mischarged but I paid $ 5 for ONE egg white on a toasted bagel. I repeated my order a few times and reiterated that it was to go and it came out on a plate. Greedy people owning a sub par bagel store. There are way better places than here that will get your order right and won’t charge you to toast your bagel.
