I am not normally someone that posts reviews about companies, however when people go out of their way to help I felt it deserves recognition. I recently inherited a Master Spa from my Dad when he moved. Long story short I needed a new cover and had some questions regarding the operation of the tub. The people at Suntek went above and beyond to get me a new owners manual and to give me an education on my new hot tub. I can only say that Dylan and Emily were A+ in my book.

BUYER BEWARE! They will take your money and once you have paid up they want nothing to do with you! I spent so much money and they made me jump through hoops to try to get them back for a repair that was not my fault. Do not use this company. I will be filing a complaint with BBB. And ps. I’m still waiting for a call back from the owner. I won’t hold my breath.

Stay away from this place they very friendly on your first call than the nightmare will follow! I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know they are quick to take your credit card info over the phone when setting up the appointment. I had a very bad experience, I have an in ground pool for 10 years now, tried to use them this season for the 1st time to vacuum my pool took them double the time to do it with old equipment which cost me 3 times the price I paid for vacuum in the last 10 years that I have the pool, don’t try to call to complain you will not get the same friendly people on the phone, they will talk to you like you an idiot!

Went there and thought the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Until they got paid and never showed up to do the job. They never called to cancel and when I called they actually gave me an attitude and never apologized even once. Will never do business with them again.

bought a loop loc pool cover, the sales person at suntek gave me an unbeatable price. i was very impressed with their showroom and the products they carry. very nice people, it feels good to deal with honest people.

I had them open my 38,000 gallon pool, the tech put chlorinator on backwards, did not remove winter plugs, did not put DE in the filter, only added 1 gallon of chlorine. When told about the issues, the office manager stated her techs never make mistakes. I put credit card charge in dispute and won after I got a second opinion. The other company also found that none of the rubber seals where lubed and many of them where even missing.

Just purchased and installed a brand new hot tub from Suntek, and I couldn’t be happier! We recently moved to the Long Island area and wanted to install a new hot tub in our home. Everyone over at Suntek was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. If you’re needing any pool-​related services, I would definitely recommend Suntek. I will be using them for all future cleaning and maintenance as well. We chose a Legacy Whirlpool from their showroom, and are very much looking forward to using it!
