Wendy’s

Though I frequent some fantastic restaurants, I’m not really a food snob and I kno what to expect from fast food joints as well… even at those standards, this place was pretty low on the scale. First off, the drive through is super slow and got the order wrong a few times. When we finally got it right, they served it to us… COLD. Everything was cold as if it had been sitting for hours… guess there’s not much turnaround here. The fries were soggy and cold, nuggets super cold… So we told the guy at the drive through. I give him a star for switching the fries out for us but really, he looked at his coworkers, said it was cold and they all started laughing as if it’s some sort of joke that they play on customers. It wasn’t that good anyway (cold cheese on a potato, anyone?). Find another spot as there are plenty in this area…

Pros? The décor is really nice, clean and modern. They even got a fake fireplace, tv, free wifi and an amazing soda machine with a ton of different sodas. I always get a Peach Melo Yellow soda because it is so damn good and you could only get it from these type of machines! The food is great and I will take Wendys over McDonalds/​Burger King/​Wendys any day. I think the food just tastes way better as they use more expensive higher quality foods. They make the best chicken sandwich around! The food also just tastes healthier and I believe they have better selection of different foods. Cons? Fast food prices inflated quite a lot the past decade. Those higher priced combos aren’t as cheap as they used to be. They are approaching almost dine-​in restaurant prices. However because the food is very good, it is worth it once in a while. I refuse to eat bad food simply because it is cheap. I will pay a little extra for good tasty food like Wendys.

Never any problem friendly crew. Only issue is cold fries but my order is correct and right.

Disrespectful staff. The food is thrown out of the window with not even a thank you, not to mention no napkins for the messy burgers they created that show that no time or effort was taken to prepare the food that i have just payed for. All i got from this wendys was the wrong food after being yelled at that i was asking for a wrap that didnt exist (i order the same wrap at every wendys with the same name as displayed on the menu) so pretty much got served what they wanted to serve me. while waiting the employee running the cash register had his back to me cause he was on his phone and didnt want to take his eyes off whatever it was that he was looking at. went home to find out the food was wrong drove back (10 Minutes each way) and the manager had nothing to say. Youre problem starts with management, firing him and the employee (s) that dont do there job with respect for others. email to corporate has been sent. Everyone else should do the same !

I have always felt that this was the best Wendy’s around even before the renovation. I’ve never received spoiled food from this location and for the most part it has always been clean.
all said and done this is my go to Wendy’s

Just astounding that this brand new restaurant was filthy, incompetent staff with attitudes. The food was awful, and I actually like Wendy’s. Same poor service in a brand new building, that had 3 sets of customers, filthy bathrooms, almost every table was dirty. But we’ve got a faux fireplace, and TV that faces no one. Lipstick on a pig.

Newly renovated, nice and clean, food was fresh, had the pretzel burger and it rocked, fries were good too
