While the food is fine-​typical Subway sandwich-​I expect pleasant service. The guy behind the counter showed no personality whatsoever. He looked put-​out that he had to ring up my sandwich. Hard to believe that the customer service is so bad at a business of this type. There are too many sandwich shops around for me to visit this place again.

Horrible customer service. The staff argues with you (funny, I think they are also the owners), in front of other customers. They were arguing with my boyfriend about how he wanted his sandwich prepared. And then told us that WE were holding up the line! My boyfriend finally said, «Haven’t you ever heard the customer is always right?» And she replied with, «No, the customer is NOT always right! NO!».
Extremely rude. The food was good, but will not be going here anymore, will go to the other Subway down the street.
