My husband and I were looking for a new mattress because ours was damaged in our PCS move. The sales associates, Hannah and Amanda, were very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us into a purchase we didn’t want. The whole buying process was quick and easy. The mattress delivery was free and we got a great price for the mattress set. Thank you for such a great experience.

What a relief!
I have been looking online for mattress retailers in this area, and finally decided to just go in and check it out. I made it in 15 minutes before closing, and the sales associate (Amanda) took time to show me all of the models in my price range and did not push the higher price models at all.
She was able to help me pick the perfect option, and arranged for the warehouse to stay open for me to pick up the mattress the same day.
No hassle, no haggling, a GREAT price on a GREAT mattress, and personalized customer service that went the extra mile to take care of me.

This is a store that cares about customer satisfaction! My husband and I had so many questions about the mattresses and came here on several occasions to test different mattresses out. The first guy who helped us was a middle aged (on the younger end) black man (sorry, can’t remember his name!) who was absolutely fabulous with answering our questions. I prefer a therapeutic foam mattress and my husband prefers a pillow top so we had quite a time trying to find a medium. The next time we came in we met with Pam who was also absolutely amazing and extremely helpful! She answered any and every question we had and helped us to find a great mattress at the right price. After trying it out for about a month though, it wasn’t quite as soft as what we were looking for. We came back in to see what we could do and looked at other options we could possibly exchange it for — and this time met with a woman who had previously worked there but had only recently come back to work. She was also very, VERY helpful. All 3 customer service agents were highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and handled us, as well as multiple customers at the same time with the utmost diligence! I have to say I was extremely impressed. Most stores and sales people just want to make a sale and will say anything to get you to buy or they flat out ignore you when they are with another customer. All three walked us through the entire process and made it so easy as well as us feel comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t find the perfect match we were hoping for in our mattress (I was being indecisive), but even so, Pam and the other woman kept up a fantastic attitude with us about the whole thing and were more than happy to help in continuing the search and even returning our mattress for a full refund. However, the day we went in to pick up our receipt for the refund the man that was in there seemed less than happy to help us. I don’t remember his name and I couldn’t find his name anywhere on our paperwork but he was tall, thin, was on the younger side, and looked like he was possibly a manager? He seemed agitated and irritable and complained on something Pam had done right to our faces. He definitely showed a poor attitude in the matter and my husband especially was very put off by him. Both my husband and I have worked in customer service and left with a bad taste in our mouths from our experience with him. I gave this store 4 stars only because this man’s attitude was terrible. HOWEVER, should you meet any of the other agents I’m absolutely positive you will find them full of knowledge and very delightful and helpful! The store is clean, easy to navigate, the sales persons are not pushy, and the company policies for returns or exchanges are more than fair! They have a great selection of mattresses, and not to beat prices. I’m sure as long as you aren’t as indecisive as me you will most certainly find your perfect mattress match!
