Forever 21

I tend NOT to shop in Fayetteville, much less the mall. I dread whenever I have to go anywhere in that mall and especially into this store. I tend to go to Raleigh or shop online. The disadvantage of online shopping is that if something fits weird or doesn’t fit period.
I know the staff tend to be young as this is «Forever 21», but the few times I’ve been there, they seem unorganized and seem immature. In work situations, there should be a level of professional decorum, even in a retail store.
The previous wasted trip to make a return they were out of store credits (cards), so I had to wait and come back another time. I return nearly two weeks later, they made the returns for most of my items, except the three that were final sales. Out of the three items, the main item that I had an issue with was a shirt. The shirt was boxy and I was fine with that part, but the sleeves were cut odd, they were NOT even ¾ length, but looked like they were defective.
The cashier looked at the shirt and laughed, even she saw how oddly the shirt was made. She agrees that the shirt looks like it’s made weird. She states that I can not return it due to it being a final sale. Previously a few orders back, I’d returned a couple of final sale items. Everything that I return is new, but it’s due to poor or weird fit.
I call customer service and they state I could have went into a store to return a final sale item, but if I were to ship it back: I would have to pay for shipping and the items would need to be defective to be returned. There’s some inconsistency. I will attempt to return these items. I’m just not wasting anymore time going back to this store or to that raggedy country mall.

It’s not much to say about this place. No organization in the store, employees are too «busy» to be helpful. Most of them are rude and standoffish. This particular store does have a lot of nice sales though & even a small plus sized sectionZ

When I first walked into the store the employees were speaking rudely of someone. I asked them where a striped shirt would be and one of the employees show me where they were located in the store. I was also looking for a fake brown leather jacket and I asked an employee if they only had the blue that I saw and they just replied only pink and no brown. I then walked toward the registers and I found a fake brown leather jacket. I think if you work somewhere you should know what you carry. I probably shouldn’t have purchased it because of their incompetence. Store moral needs to change.

Live this store! I get my high fashion kicks here. I’m a fashion graduate student and its easy to see all the latest trends past year and current. I read harpers bazaar and people StyleWatch magazine. This store has it! The policy just isn’t the best so make sure you love what you see. Be an adult and take care of your clothes the they’ll last. No coupons and don’t bother looking for sale items. Drop a nice $ 100 because you can’t get this no where else but TJMAXX/Marshall’s at these prices.
This is my most favorite store in the mall especially even more sense Charlotte Russe has become so cheap looking and less fashionable than my college years ’04−09.
I can find lots of stuff in F21. The jewelry section has become smaller and there’s not enough shoes or bags. I never think to shop for them because I never see them.
The employee attitude is still about the same. No communication unless you stop them from running like ants. The most you hear from them is at the dressing room. I guess to lock in your final decision.

Everytime I walk in there I feel as though their employees are the most ignorant bunch of people I’ve ever met. They are not helpful unless you are a size 00 or you throw around your cash. They are rude, obnoxious, and just ignorant.
I absolutely cannot stand that store. And their accessory section sucks. The Forever 21’s in other places have huge accessory and jewelry sections, and here they suck it’s a tiny 2 table place in the center of the store. It’s awful. And it always smells like bad BO in the store.
