I can Not say Enough GREAT things about the employees at this store!!! Today we had the pleasure of doing business with Alex and Keiara (spelling may be different) and I must brag on them both! Super sweet, Very professional, and took their time answering All of our questions! These two were Awesome to do business with and now thanks to them we switched to AT&T! Overall we had a GREAT experience!

Terrible customer service. I am a new customer to AT&T, and the manager wouldn’t apply my corporate discount that I was receiving with Verizon, even after proving with email, pay stub, badge etc. The Manager left me twice in the interaction to talk to other people, leaving me waiting after I had been waiting in the queue for thirty minutes. He then assigned a specialist to me who couldn’t even log into the computer to look at anything, because he didn’t know his password. I received terrible customer service at this location. The employees at this store were VERY unprofessional. I don’t think that I will be returning.
