Everything I’ve had there is delicious but the brew-battered shrimp is my favorite! Also highly recommend the beef tip appetizer. Quick and friendly service. A lot of variety on the menu and good sized portions.

I sat down and ordered the«Thick Ribeye». What a disappointment to get a thin cut steak that was full of grissel. I think this was not even USDA Select. It seems to be a #2 grade steak. What a disappointment.

Definitely one of the nicer restaurants and breweries in town. I like downtown. They are good for Shepard pie, bangers and mash, and pot roast. Burgers are a good choice … but some of the entrée are not necessarily a good pick. They have a beer sampler which rocks and a daily special. The service isn’t the best and gratuity is automatically added after 6 pm. I think their are alternative choices which are just as good … This place gets by based on location.

The bartenders were pretty quick when I ordered drinks. One thing I didn’t like about this club was that the Dj played the same songs almost every time I went there. Got old for me

Oh my goodness– where do I start! I booked Huske Hardware for my husband’s promotion party. A week later, his office mates are still talking about how much fun they had, and how great the food was. Our servers: Alex, Amber, and Chelsea, did a phenomenal job. They somehow managed to serve 50 people the Firkin Burger, cooked to order, and drinks, without delay. A glass was never empty– and they were cheerful throughout the night. They certainly added to the party atmosphere– even bringing out more candles to even out the décor. The managers– Lisa and Mary– helped me plan the perfect menu. Scott– the bar manager, outdid himself. He came up with signature cocktails, and beer recommendations. All in all, a terrific night.

I’d give 4 for food, but I felt service was particularly slow. Granted we had a fairly good size group of 11. The last first drink was served after most of the folks finished salads and soups. Server«A» was super nice, cheerful and friendly, though – we appreciated that. Folks particularly liked Killaman Irish Red. You can sample some of their special brews – Thin Mint, Banana Bread, etc., as well as their usuals. Remodeled hardware store has a nice unique atmosphere.

Haven’t eaten here yet, but I have been out here twice on Saturday nights fir the bar scene. Extremely packed. The men are very touchy feely. Pretty disrespectful crowd all around. I’m up for a good time, but I had my ass grabbed twice trying to squeeze through to get outside and it was too packed to even point out who did it.

At first I was a bit concerned. With serving me a IPA in a plastic glass. But all was doubts were overcome with the next beer in a real, chilled Budweiser pint glass. Rachel and Nicki were great bartenders and the food was fantastic. Atmosphere was relaxed and casual, but I know it can become a loud place if the conditions were right. Their IPA was not as bitter or hoppy as I’d like. It tastes more like a creamy Carmel ale. But all in all it was very good. Give it a try. I’d return if in the area again

Each time that I have been here, the service has been extremely slow. I understand that we were in group and things take a little longer, but it took an extra long time to get things to our table today. I had to ask for one item three times before it was brought out. It almost seemed that the waitresses didn’t care about providing great customer service because an 18% gratuity is automatically added to the check when there is a group. On a plus side, the food was good. I had the blackened salmon with sweet potato fries and mixed vegetables. Just be sure to remind the waitress to bring out the sauce with your salmon and sweet potato fries because it really does make a difference.

I had the plank walker– My teen could have made a sandwich this quality for me at home. Nothing exciting. Husband had Shepards Pie and was really disappointed as well. My homemade spinach dip is better than theirs. Definitely not a place to eat if you’re looking to eat.

Food: 4 Ambience: 3 Service: 4 The burger was good, the fries were good, but nothing about this place says, «I absolutely have to come back here again, I have to bookmark this place for life.» It’s more like, «Oh, I’m stuck downtown for several hours with a loved one? What’s nearby that we can walk to where there’s a great burger and fries? Huske Hardware House? Okay, that’ll do nicely.» That’s Huske Hardware House. It’s not like I’m going to get up out of my house and say, «I absolutely have to have a non-fast food burger and fries, and I won’t eat it unless it comes from Huske Hardware because I have a Huske Hardware-burger taste in my mouth.» That day will never come. I may, however, find myself in Downtown Fayetteville again and I may just have a hankering for a non-fast food burger and fries, and I may wander into Huske Hardware House. I may have a plan to wander downtown with a loved one some evening in Fayetteville and I might end up in Huske Hardware House as a result. It’s not on my must-do list or my to-do list, more on my can-do, no problem list.

This was certainly nothing to archive for future visits. First I will give what the good points were about it. The service was good. The staff was friendly and sweet. They even turned off the fan above us when we were cold. However that is where the goodness ends. I can’t have beer, so to judge them on that would be unfair. The other people in my party thought that the beer was okay at best. They only had one option for those of us who can’t drink beer. It was alright. My biggest issues were with the food. The fried green beans were alright, just very bland. I had to salt them. I almost never salt my food. Then came my salad and it was not very fresh. It seemed like they pulled it out of the fridge and served it to me. Next I had the pasta primavera. This was VERY bland. The veggies in the dish were the same veggie mixture found in the pot roast that someone in our party had. I mean the EXACT same. The only reason I ordered it, was it was the meal that did not have meat in it. I will say this, if you like English food(which is horrible bland or fried) then you might like this place. I will not be going back here anytime soon if ever.

This place was recommended to us by a local. My wife and I both enjoyed our meals. The wait staff was friendly the food was quick and the beer was strong.. as it should be! This is our new Friday night place!

We sat down at an outside table and were quickly greeted by our server. I requested a drink menu for the beers on tap, she told me that they didn’t have any. WHAT? You have that many beers on tap and no menu. She told me that they had just sent a new one to the printer. The food menus were sticky and dirty, including one that had frosting all over which quickly got all over my friend’s arm. We looked through the menu and nothing looked too appitizing so we ended up just having a drink and leaving.

Overall a good experience. Nothing to write home about… but not bad. Had the grilled buffalo chicken sandwich with homemade chips. The chicken was good and had good flavor. The chips were bland but once I added some buffalo sauce and ranch it was good. The beer selection was good and they had $ 2 drafts. I tried their Hay Street Helles and the Watermelon Wheat. Beer quality and taste was very good. Service was also good by the bar tender. I’ll be back when in town for work.

Enjoyed the food and service. Wish there were more British Pub dishes available. Came to the area for a business trip on a Monday night. There were very few people present but the staff was very warm and upbeat. $ 2 drafts(and good ones I might add) and the drink recommendations for almost every entrée was a very nice touch. I was disappointed they discontinued some classic British dishes but the waiter explained it was due to popularity; it just wasn’t ordered often. Regardless, the tuna steak I had was cooked perfectly and paired nicely with the red skin mashed potatoes. I left full and pleasantly surprised. I’d return here on a Friday night to try the bar scene and I’d recommend this spot for dinner!

Good, but not great. It’s a little more expensive than the experience is worth. We walked in at 530 on a Friday. It took about ten minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and they seemed to be ever so slightly inconvenienced. The restaurant is nice. It’s got a fun and intimate atmosphere. The waiter didn’t know the menu and the restaurant seemed to be out of food on a weekend and the waiter didn’t know that either. I ordered the hummus as an appetizer. She came back and said they didn’t have it. I ordered mashed sweet potatoes and she came back because they didn’t have it. I ordered the vegetable soup and she came back because they didn’t have it. I’m sure it was just a bad day for her, but looking at the other servers it seemed like there was a lot of confusion. I ordered the beef tips. They were good, but a little over seasoned.

Are you a lonely woman looking to take advantage of a military man? If so, this is the place for you after 9pm. However, if you are looking for a decent place to eat in Fayetteville, you can visit this place before 9pm. It’s a restaurant /brew house by day and a night club by… well, night. I was very surprised by the food here. I’ve been here a couple of times and can tell you not to get the Sheppard’s Pie, that’s pretty blah. The meats are pretty good, such as the filet mignon. They do have some good beers that they brew themselves as well.

Food was ok… I expected more. I give it a «warm zima» out of a possible cold 24 pack. Lol
