Enjoy dining in but DO NOT order take out I have done this 3x and each time my order was screwed up!!!

Sux ass! STAY AWAY !!! POOR wait staff. Food is marginal. Only 1 waitress for the entire dining area.

I’ve never dined in, only takeout. But the sushi rolls hear are big and delicious. I always get the Mountain Roll and New Orleans Roll. I’ve also tried the Tuna Tataki which is very fresh and tasty as well.

This place is a hibachi grill and sushi bar. While I like both the hibachi and sushi. Typically, I come for the sushi.
The hibachi food isn’t the best but it’s definitely not the worst. The food is okay and is still worth an eat.
However, anyone looking for a sushi fix should definitely go here.
My personal favorites are, in order, New Orleans, Volcano, Mountain, and Super Crunch Rolls. Those are what you all should try.
Don’t leave without ordering the Fried Ice Cream either.
In all, the sushi is why I return.

We always sit at the sushi bar and get the best service. Kenny and Nacho are the best.
The fish is always very fresh along with some tasty rolls.

Last night was the worst night ever at kiku’s they begin by putting us in the back, it was if though they had forgotten about us. They gave us a chef that was clearly new he prepared food that wasn’t fully cooked shrimp stayed on the grill for 1 min exactly it was terribly salllllllty. The chicken was still pink inside and the manager didn’t do anything about it he only gave us a 10 dollar gift card that expires in 30 days we eat there all the time and never received service like this soooo disappointed with kiku’s I’ll never eat here again.

I love this place but tonight I was very disappointed with the service… I called n placed a takeout order n was told it would be ready in 20 mins… it took us Atleast 30 mins to get there. once we arrived my bf went inside to pay for the food… his first mistake was paying for the food before receiving it… after about 20 mins the girl at the door asked what he had ordered… upon hearing Wat we ordered she said that order wasn’t sent to the back… we ended up waiting a hour to receive our food. if it was up to me I would have asked for my money n walked out but my bf is very patient unlike me. I’m actually very patient but I’m currently pregnant n I’m going through my morning sickness phase. My nausea was getting worst by the minute… and I am very disappointed with tonight’s service and that’s y they are receiving one star… not for their food but for the SERVICE !!!

Overpriced food and the most disgusting bathroom I’ve seen in my adult life. Our service was ok. The hibachi chef was great. Gratuity was included on our party of 2 adults and 3 children. Everything from eel sauce to frying the rice came with an extra fee. This was tolerable. What I saw in that bathroom will haunt my dreams forever. I took my small child to the potty and when I flipped the lid open (I really wish I hadn’t done that) I witnessed a crime scene. I won’t go into any more detail for your sake. The next toilet’s lid was open to show a bowl full of tp. Door number 3 was passable, although there was no toilet paper. My daughter had to air dry. All of this hadn’t just happened. Unless there’s a bathroom just for employees, I’m grossed out at the thought of women using these facilities as they prepare food. I renewed my Unilocal just for this review. Our chef is the only reason for the 2 stars.

Awesome food! Service was better this time and this hostess didn’t forget some of my food. Different locations give more food than the other and the service I’s different. But overall it’s a good restaurant, food wise. Delicious.

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this place AT ALL!!! Sushi is great!!! Customer Service is IMPECCABLE!!! Management provides an EXCEPTIONAL experience!!! Even IF the food sucked, I would STILL pay JUST for the service!!! Best Hibachi BY FAR in Fayetteville, GA, as well one of the best overall restaurants… PERIOD!!! :-)

If I had a choice of this place or a Ru Sans, I definitely would choose Kikus… although, the best sushi restaurant would be Umi.
A typical hibiachi/​sushi restuarant that splits into two diifferent areas, one for the hibiachi and the other sushi with the sushi bar. The rolls are okay but its the closest sushi place to my house.
They have a great customer service, even oblige to change the channel for my bf for Football Sunday.

Service was good I ordered 2 go and they was waiting outside when I got there… Soup and salad was ok nothing like Benihana’s though

Horrible service. Staff is zombie like, and are not very attentive. Decent food, but a horrible dining experience. Also, not very kid friendly. I wish that my more than generous tip would go to the hibachi cook. They also look at you like you’re a crackhead when your kids bang the gong on the way out. Then why is it there?

I’m a regular at this kiku because I stay right down the street. I usually get decent service but I don’t get why on this particular day they choose not to sit me, my girl and little boy and they clearly have a open table. I usually sit at the table in the back on a regular because I like to eat sushi but today they just refused to give us that seat and that was the only one open. We sat there patiently waiting for about 45 + mins waiting for a table. Mind you the manager came and ask us if we was waiting and he seen that table open but still chose not to sit us.

This was not a good experience for my wife and i. The sushi we ordered was awful (both the chicken tempura and the dragon rolls) the chicken and crab was severely overcooked. The fried rice was under cooked and had little flavor. The waitress was busy but attentive and did a good job balancing all her customer which is the only reason this place get 2 stars. The food was just bad especially for the Atlanta were there are so many options, I will not come back.

My favorite sushi place! If you are craving for sushi, this is the right place to be. There hibachi is okay, but sushi is great!

The hibachi food is good. Nothing mind-​blowing, but good. The nigri sushi is tasty (ibi and kani). There is a nice atmosphere and the staff is really friendly. When we went for my parent’s anniversary, they came out with a special desert and presented my mom with a hefty gift certificate.
I’ve been here many times and will continue to come.

Kiku is one of the best sushi places in Atlanta. Their sushi rolls are delicious and are finely made. I like their selections of sushi. My favorite rolls are New Orleans and Mountain. I definitely recommend them. Service was good. 4 stars rating because Kiku includes a gratuity in the bill and that the prices are a bit higher than other sushi places. The gratuity is fine with me as long as the service is good. I also gave the waiter an extra tip. The prices can be lower but it’s ok because it’s not crazy expensive.

My boyfriend and I ordered a tuna tataki appetizer, four rolls (left to right) new orleans, dragon, crazy, and spicy baby lobster, and an order of hamachi nigiri. Presentation wise, we had no problem with. Taste wise, it was definitely a disappointment. The tuna tataki wasn’t seared properly and it was drenched in a very un-​tasty sour sauce. The hamachi wasn’t fresh and the unagi on top of the dragon roll had loads of bone that should’ve been picked out before serving. Lastly, the service sucked and like other reviewers say, they add an automatic 15% regardless of how many (1 – 2) people. We’ve been eating here for a while and we’ve never had a problem until now.

This place offered exactly what I expected. And they helped satisfy my sushi craving. Our orders were nontraditional this time, and we got a lot of innovative rolls which were probably in no way healthy for us. But they were still yummy. For the record, we had a Lion King Roll, a Fayetteville Roll, a Volcano Roll, and a regular ol’ California roll. All were well prepared and tasted good. I wish I had written down what was in those specialty rolls.
Service was also relatively quick. It was a quiet night and our food came out quickly. Plus, my glass was never empty. I’ll happily go back. Holler if you’re coming with.
