Masons On Joyce

Mason’s is one of my favorite places to shop!

I’ve never shopped here in person, but have had amazing customer service via email and phone.
I’d found a bubble necklace online and was told that Masons sold it in store. Since I’m a bit far to drive up just for a shopping spree, I emailed the company to inquire about the necklace. Liz emailed me back immediately to describe the situation: they were out of stock, but would try to see about getting the necklaces from another source for me.
Not even a week later, she emailed again to let me know about new stock that had arrived, even sending pictures along. I asked her to set aside one in Teal and one in Salmon. She replied, asking me to call Cassandra at Masons’ mall location, who would ship them out to me the same day so I wouldn’t have to wait over the weekend. And when they arrived? They were paired with beautiful earrings that I wasn’t expecting and even a personalized thank you note from Liz just for shopping with Masons. I love it!
Extremely delightful people to work with and I’m so happy with both necklaces and earring sets. If I’m ever in the area, I’m definitely stopping to shop with them again!

This is Mason’s flagship location. Though they primarily cater to women, they have a little section allocated to men’s clothing. They carry casual wear, with brands like Ben Sherman and Joe’s Jeans. They also have a large selection of Tom’s (for both men and women). Prices are pretty high, so I’ve usually only bought something there on sale. They also have a pretty strict return policy so it can be a pain. It is nice to shop local, however, and great to have a spot where you can get good men’s clothing that’ll make you standout from the polos and chinos standard.
