Firehouse Subs

Always consistent, Fast and fresh. Could use to keep a few of the more popular hot sauces on hand for the lovers of things that are hot!

This is my very first time every trying Firehouse Subs and for whatever reasons. I am not a big fan on the way the sandwich tasted. Their bread isn’t tasty.
The moment we stepped into the establishment, we checked out the menu and while I was debating if I wanted the club sub or an Italian. A young cashier, blonde female (her name might of been Eliana — can’t remember. I do know it starts with an E) waited impatiently for us to decide which sandwich to order. She went over to one of a young male who was prepping sandwiches and she basically had her arms around him, whispered something into his ears and he quickly looked up at our direction. You can tell she was either with him or flirting with him. Either way, from a customer point of view (me). It doesn’t look good.
I am not sure if they were talking crap about us, that’s not the point. The point I’m trying to make here is she was extremely unprofessional about working there. She was showing plenty of PDA to this male even her co-​workers just stared at each other like they were in disbelieve. Their stares were something as if they’ve witnessed one too many times. Who knows, maybe she’s the owner’s daughter or just one «not smart» girl who cares about this boy more than her work.
After taking our orders, she immediately went back and showed more PDA to this young male.
Whether this is a fast food sandwich or a fine dining, her work ethic is not professional and quite frankly immature. It really left me a sour taste to this establishment how a manager would allowed this to happen.
I’ve always wanted to try a Firehouse Subs and so glad I did because I don’t think I will ever come back to this place nor any other Firehouses. Let alone, own one.

Always top notch! Yummy, fast, courteous. Their sandwiches are always fresh and good. I eat here about once a month and have never been disappointed. Ordering online and picking up carry out is quick and convenient. Good food!

The quality of these subs is unparalleled. We go to Firehouse when we want a hearty sandwich full of flavor. It’s a bit pricey but so worth it.

I think these are the best sub sandwiches in Fayetteville. Fresh tasting & served hot out the toaster oven. Consistently delish. And the drink machine is bomb! I wish they offered a refillable mug, as I would go here just to get my Dt. Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper. Have to dock them a star because at almost $ 9 for the sub combo, it’s a bit pricey. But fantastic nonetheless.
