My insurance company referred me to this company and i first called them 6 to 8 weeks ago to come look at a leak in the ceiling of my guest bedroom. I continuously called them and they kept telling me they would be out «next week» but when «next week» came they never showed up. This went on for weeks. I just now called them back and i was informed they have no record of me ever calling them. Also, and here’s the kicker, they stated they do not do repairs to ceilings or give estimates to fix leaking ceilings. Why couldnt they have told me that when i first called 6 to 8 weeks ago? I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB over this. What a lousy way to do business.
