My family and I have made coming here to eat pizza & see the Christmas lights a tradition, but this has to be the worst experience I’ve had as a parent. First of all they seat us at a tiny table in the middle of a main walk way, and they didn’t want to let us use a high chair(We have a 2 year old). Second, we’re in an area where there are people walking through and doors opening where it’s cold outside. Again… we have a two year old. This might just be the last year we do this…

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been here twice, one of those times the place was fairly empty but both times it took nearly an hour to get my food(both times I only ordered one pizza). The pizza is very mediocre, the crust tastes cheap. The staff never seemed to be bothered by my being inconvenienced. Overpriced for the poor quality to boot.

I like craft beer made in Arkansas and thin crust pizza. This place has both, so I like West Mountain Brewing Company.

Great wait staff, friendly but horribly uncouth cook staff. I hate being called«buddy» by a 20 year old at my age. Beer was great, facility was clean. TV was broken but running. Pizza was crap, cracker crust, hardly any sauce, few topping, worse than frozen. Had the meat head. The Eureka $ 5 is better taste and quality, though less cheese. Won’t see a need to ever go back for pizza, but the beer was good. Wife said no latch on bathroom stall door. Slender, short dark haired waitress in her 20’s was professional and nice while the rest of them were lacking, to include carrying out a huge bag of trash through the middle of the restaurant right by our table while we were eating, horse playing, one of them(guy) jumping out from behind a corner to scare a girl employee. This all like there were no customers there. WTF. Grow up, learn manners, become professional, make good pizza. Simple. Just go to Taco Bell or Hardees down the street and learn how they treat their customers and respect their jobs. I feel like a valued, respected and appreciated customer EVERY time I go to Taco Bell or Hardees, and usually for under $ 6, where I just whizzed away over $ 30 at your place and even gave a Damn tip!

It was a beautiful Saturday and was in town for a wedding. Was super hungry and had limited time so we figured a pizza would be perfect. The restaurant was pretty empty and we quickly placed our order. 30 minutes later no pizza, so inquired to our server. Was told it would be another 30 minutes! No way was I waiting an hour for a pizza. Decided to walk out and the server said she’d have to go check and see how much my club soda costs! Are you kidding me? So happy we left, the pizzas didn’t look that good anyway!

Good pizza, we grabbed a Fool’s Gold(tons of cheese) with Canadian Bacon along with a veggie pizza called Fungus Among Us. The crust is excellent, thin, and crispy. Pizzas and salads are both good size. Good tap beer selection from Ozark, Core, Fossil Cove and Mother’s. Overall, we enjoyed the food as did our kiddos… The only downside was the service, the staff was not very friendly or polite. Rarely saw or waitress smile and wasn’t in the mood to make conversation with anyone at the table.

Disappointing. Wait time after order placed over 60mins. It’s just pizza guys. When pizza arrived it was less than satisfactory. Recommend staying at home with a good store bought pizza instead.

I recently revisited Tim’s/West Mountain Brewery. I had better service this time and the pizza was excellent. The crust is growing on me but I’m still not a big fan. As usual, the beer was good!

When I am traveling, I make a point of hitting the local brewpub in town. This one follows the tried and true formula. Pizza and beers not bad but didn’t stand out. Not much happening in downtown Fayetteville on a Tuesday nite so I’m glad I stopped in. Might be back tomorrow.

Wife, daughter and I stopped here on a trip from Branson to Okc and most everything was closed on this Sunday much to my wife’s dismay. I was very skeptical about the service and the wait times after reading the reviews, but was completely unfounded! Our server was great! She was sweet and very attentive! Our pizza came in 15 min. I’ve had better pizza but it wasn’t bad at all. We had the meat head. Keep in mind, it is a bar/restaurant in the downtown area. My wife’s eyeballs got somewhat large at the clientele that walked in. Also college age kids run the place so expect flair. We were not disappointed. Don’t pass it up for the sketchy reviews.

I wouldn’t even give this place a star but I didn’t have an option in order to write a review. The service was beyond terrible, more like a high speed train wreck. First off, we had to clean off our own table after asking the waitress to do so three times. We ordered some drinks(but they didn’t have a drink menu and the waitress didn’t know any if the home brew beers they carried, even though they have signs says«we have a posted drink menu») but their home brew was terrible. So we ordered a rum and coke. It sat on the bar for over 15 mins & when they served it to us, it was watered down and over poured. Next we proceeded to order food but they only had one menu available for our table, because the rest were being used. They gave us paper plates to eat off of, and we had to get up and get silverware ourselves… After waiting over an hour for our food(which came out wrong). We asked for a to-go box for our salad, they informed us they don’t have to-go boxes and we weren’t allowed to use a pizza box either. Add insult to injury, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. This is by far the WORSTSERVICE I HAVEEVERHAD& I was raised in the restaurant industry. This place needs to have a serious intervention. I hope they will be out of business in no time, because no one should experience this train wreck.

The service is prompt and waiter is friendly. The best meatball sub in The Square! Come on down and see the Christmas Lights. The streets and sidewalks are clear!

I normally do not do this to independent venues as I am an avid supporter of local businesses; however, tonight’s incident really bothered me. I sat down at our local Tiny Tim’s Pizza on the Square in Fayetteville, AR. We’ve made it the our holiday tradition to go to Tim’s Pizza then to visit the Light of the Ozarks afterwards. I patiently waited for my family and another couple to show up. Looking around, there were tables moved together with other large groups. Although we weren’t the largest group, any parent knows that a 4 top for a group of 4 grown-ups and 2 babies, diaper bags and 2 strollers would be like cramping sardines in a can. I moved two tables together as one of the Tiny Tim’s Pizza servers approach me. The conversation went like this: TT: «Did someone tell you that you could move these tables together?» Me: «No, they didn’t, but I thought that when the hostess said sit anywhere, it meant anywhere.» TT: «Just this table [points to the one I was sitting at]. Not this table(points to other table that was moved). We have regulations and…(I couldn’t hear the rest because she was busy moving the other table back to the original position). I don’t go over to your house and move your furniture.» Me:(I was fuming by this point) «No one told me I couldn’t move the table» –Husband walks in– Me: «We’re leaving, this lady is rude to me.» TT: «I’m sorry, no, I wasn’t trying to be rude(not in a nice way… more defensively).» Me: «What is your name?» As I go and shake her hand. TT: «My name is J, I’m also the manager, so you can call and complain to me on Monday. Thank you and Merry Christmas. I doubt you will, but have a Merry Christmas.»(shaking my hand). Even the people around us were shocked at her rude behavior and attitude. Merry Christmas everyone! Yes, I will NOT be having a Merry Christmas at Tiny Tim’s Pizza EVERAGAIN! It’s the Scrooges like her that ruin people’s day and take the Merry out of Christmas-time.

Pros: Their pizza is good. Their crust is thin and cracker-like. If that’s not your thing, you won’t like it, but I think it’s pretty tasty. Standard selection of available toppings. Several beers on tap, including usually at least 2 – 3 of their own brews. We avoid the non-bar side of the restaurant, with its atmosphere-killing fluorescent lights, but the brewery side is cozy and has that small town vibe to it. Always plenty of interesting conversation should you choose to sit at the bar. Cons: really just one… if they’re the slightest bit busy, the service here is absolutely awful. To the point where it’s just downright frustrating. Once you seat yourself, it takes about 10 – 15 minutes before anyone even notices. The servers are usually pretty friendly, but they seem to have so many tables, you’re lucky if they check on you at all. It’s so bad that usually everyone in our group will go ahead and order 2 beers right off the bat, because otherwise you will sit there with an empty glass for ages. It takes forever to get your check, and if you’re with a large group, expect none of the checks to be correct. It is really a shame, because the food and drink they offer is great. We only go here though when we know we have plenty of time to spare.

I visited here on a whim from some locals. The brewery has an eclictic crowd. You got your old guys, young guys, black guys, MILFs, GILFs, bikers, and even this Asian guy. We all have one common thing. We all love beer. It was nice to taste some local brews from this place. We ended up sitting there for a couple hours just drinking and chit-chatting. I wish I didn’t live so far from this brew else I’d visit it 60% of the time, all the time. Asian recommendation given!

The pizza is one of the best in Fayetteville. The service is slightly better than average. The beer choices are extensive but most are bitter with after taste. We prefer Blue Moon. We hope they will add Blue moon to the drink list since we don’t like any of the beer we have tried. After paying for 6 different one and being disappointed we would sure like a tasty beer with the pizza. We will probably eat there again since the pizza is good.

We stopped in Fayetteville on our way home from a killer lake weekend. Unilocal told us about lots of other places in this cutest of burgs but, it being the 4th of July and all, these were closed. Luckily for us, West Mountain was open. We were happy for food(and I, not driving, happy for beer!) Here’s the rub on West Mountain, from my humble perspective. We walked in the wrong way, leading us to a bar a space that was a little depressing. A large table of people sat not speaking to one another(hangry, perhaps) and a few couples looked up with disdain — not for us, per se, but possibly for this dank little space with dark paneling that made it seem like day-for-night. Truffaut would have been proud. Little did she know, until she went to the ladies, that just beyond the sad threshold, there was a beautifully sunlit atrium space on the other side of the facilities. We up and moved to the atrium area and had a much more summertime-vacation-feeling– time. While the space is still a little ragtag, it was so much better than the bar side. A really helpful waitress(who had especially excellent diction by the way) took good care of us, the house-made beers were delish(I had the saison, natch) and the pizza was decent. Solid three on the food. We made our own with some veg and sausage. It felt like there was a flavor missing from the pizza. Oregano, perhaps? It just didn’t have a whole lot of taste, for whatever reason. We skipped the salad because the dressings are actually listed on the menu as «Kraft» dressings. I’m thankful for the full disclosure, but Kraft does not a salad make. We were happy with the pie and thankful they were open on America’s birthday. As my boyfriend Mr. K put it, a perfectly fine vacation pizza. True. He always gets it right.

I didn’t get pizza, maybe that was my problem. I had a veggie sandwich that was very tasty, but if something is served with«chips», I’m usually expecting homemade kettle chips or at least something a little more appetizing than… Ruffles? Really? Urrgh. Didn’t even touch them. There was one point when I looked down at my glass and noticed that there was… pink… lipstick… stuck to it. I looked up at my cohort dining with me– let’s put it this way, neither one of us was wearing pink lipstick. Especially not THAT pink. I had to –get up– to find a waitress, and when I did, she tried to just bring me out a new glass– NOT a new beer; which I thought was very poor customer service. I politely asked her for a new beer and she complied, but she seemed like I was asking a lot. Girl, I just had lipstick on my glass. You are getting me *another beer.* Sorry. Just the way it goes. Average priced, my sandwich was pretty good, but eh, I would have no reason to go back.

I’m surprised all the reviews are so low for TIm’s. Went here for lunch last Sunday with a large group and we had a good time. I thought the pizza was pretty good and I like that«cracker» style of crust. The pies were full of toppings and the gal serving us was nice and I chatted with her when we were leaving about the West Mountain Brewing… she said they were hoping to start brewing soon now that they have got past some of their setbacks. I think once they are a brewery, things will definitely pick up and they will do well as another option to Hog Haus.
