It’s a little gem hidden in a strip mall. Delicious, no frills Italian food. Sure, the plates aren’t anything fancy and there aren’t any crazy menu items, but the menu is full of delicious Itailan classics that are very generous in portion. I usually go for the linguini with clams in the white sauce and it never disappoints. This place should definitely be on your radar for Italian joints in the area. They also do banquets and large parties. A friend had their rehearsal dinner here a while ago, and they were able to serve all the meals, hot and delicious, to a large crowd!

Food was hot and ready for pick up. Staff was very friendly. I ordered veal parm and chicken fettuccini Alfredo. There wasn’t much sauce on either of the dishes, but overall a good meal.

We came here to meet up with family who I haven’t seen for 3 years! I like this place, cause for me it brings back fuzzy memories of my mom and pop pop and rest of family when we used to dine. This time we ordered the family appetizer for $ 22.95 I think? It was basically 3 appetizers on a plate served family style. It was perfect!!! Perfect portions, perfect flavors, just perfect! In addition they give you sicilian pizza and garlic knots, awesome! We ordered the chicken parmeasan and pasta with alfredo sauce and it was perfect. We paid a $ 5.00 sharing fee, but it was worth it and we still had leftovers.

The food was really really good we had a past It didn’t look pretty on a plate but it tasted good the service was really bad we’re waiting at the bar no one came up to the head to ask the host to give us wine and drinks waiting for water actually had to go back and ask for water so I don’t know its family owned business. I would probably come back here for the food but because of Service I don’t think so because we’re paying so much money to have a good experience and in all honesty the service sucks maybe owners should hire more people. I wish the best of luck

One star for the waitress giving it her best effort and a second for the delicious pizza bread at the start of the meal. Aside from that the rest of the meal was horrific. Apparently 5 raviolis in a really weak tomato sauce qualifies for a 16 $ dish. My antipasto salad came with a complementary heap of dry tuna from a can plopped right on top. Lastly my «pizza» was sitting on a plate in an oily soupy mess that made it soggy. On top of this issue, it was still tasteless as they used watery unseasoned tomatoes. Stay away from this place unless you know nothing about good Italian food. In that case, be my guest. Personally, I feel like I got robbed having to pay for this horrible dinner.

We always know we can get a good quality meal at Lamberti’s! I always try something different when we come and I’m always grateful I do! This time I got the gnocchi tres p. a fantastic Alfredo dish with peas and prosciutto. The kids usually get a pasta dish and are always happy. My friend got a shrimp dish and the shrimp were huge and flavored very nicely! Pizza bread is always fantastic :-) the service is always good! The one thing I should say isfor an Italian restaurant they could have a better wine selection to compliment the fine cuisine.

This place is on par with Olive Garden. My bridal shower was held here and I also attended a baby shower here. They could do better than a salad with iceburg lettuce, but otherwise food is acceptable. As an Italian myself, this place falls into the ‘pseudo italian’ category for me. It’s not authentic but it isn’t bad food. Just don’t expect La Stalla in Newtown — it’s not anywhere close.

My wife and I tried Lamberty’s a couple years ago after finding out it was run by the same owner as Positano Coast in Philly. The food at both is excellent. Lamberty’s is more standard fare Italian but the quality is top notch and the large portions always require a doggy bag. Try the Gypsy pasta. You won’t regret it. The ambience is more diner style but a fancier restaurant would also have higher prices. This restaurant is for a good meal in a casual atmosphere with the whole family. Even the kids!

What an awful experience! I went here with a friend for lunch and we both ordered plain old pasta with marinara sauce(something so easy for any Italian restaurant!). The food comes out(served by a rude waiter, might I add) and the experience went downhill from there. The pasta was overcooked, the sauce was watery and flavorless, and the portions were pathetic. We called over the waiter to describe our discomfort with the price versus what we received(as far as flavor and portion) and he essentially told us that it was our fault for coming in at lunch, as portions are smaller and the sauce is not as fresh as the sauce that is used for dinner. What an awful excuse! This place is an insult to Italian cuisine. Avoid at all costs and go to one of the MANY other quality Italian restaurants in the area.

The chicken tasted old. As if it was precooked days ahead of time and then thrown in a sauté pan to heat. My husband’s seafood smelled funny. We will not return.

The food is delicious, especially the focaccia bread. Their red sauce is good, not too salty or sweet. The service is wonderful, they are always kind and I’ve never had to wait long for food(I’ve been going here for 8+ years now). Yes, the décor isn’t anything to be desired and it is in a strip mall, but the food is great, and that’s all that matters in my book.

I feel like the only people who should eat here without fear of disappointment are those who pronounce«Italian» with a hard I. Those are people I openly mock, and would certainly never take food recommendations from. First, let’s start with the ambiance, or lack thereof. This«Cucina» is located in a strip mall, and I’m pretty sure no good Italian food ever came out of a strip mall. The inside is all stucco and fake flower arrangements. The servers, while nice enough, were pretty slow. On a Wednesday night with only a handful of patrons, there was no reason it should be that way. I also ordered the chicken Maximo and was very underwhelmed. Any Italian knows pasta should be cooked al dente, however this was way overdone. I expect more from a self-proclaimed cucina. The chicken, while quite large, was bland. Everything about Lamberti’s was subpar. This was definitely a one and done for me.

Food gets five stars! Best italian in the area. Best outside of center city/south Philly. T start, we got the clams casino. It was a party in my mouth, honest. Heck, my three year old daughter even had some! That’s saying something. They give you a salad with their house Italian dressing on the side. It is extra creamy but not gross and sweet/sugary. Zesty and tasty. The bread and rolls they give are apparently good also, I don’t know because they were all eaten before I had a chance, even the ones I got to take home. They have two types. One, the regular white roll, and second is a breadstick with cheese/tomato sauce on top. Entrée wise I got the Romano which is basically a vodka sauce over your choice of pasta(my choice was penne). You can also add chicken or shrimp to your pasta and I chose to add chicken which can then be either grilled or sautéed. My SO got eggplant parm with angel hair pasta. Again, my three year old ate my pasta before I had a taste and devoured it way past what she normally eats. When I had some I finally understood why, it was quite possibly some of the best pasta sauce I had in a long while. I even got another order to go and bring home which was gone within an hour when my BIL came over. We have gone twice, both times the food was AMAZING, the only downside is the service. One time. The first time we had a waiter who was maybe mid 20s. First, he took drink orders. We asked for a water, Shirley temple, and a Pinot Grigio. H brought back the Shirley temple. Then disappeared. He wasn’t at the bar because we were sitting in front of it and it was empty. Finally when he reappeared with our salads and we asked about the wine his response was«oh, you really wanted that?»… That basically describes the whole experience. Second time we had a waitress, late 20s-early 30s. She was fabulous. Water on the table without multiple requests. Everything fast, prompt, and professional.

Tonight we took a ride to one of our favorite Italian restaurants. We never leave disappointed and the streak continues. Wifie chose one of the dinner specials which was ravioli with chicken and asparagus. What we love about this place is that the chef will accommodate you any way that he can. Opting to have a vodka blush sauce instead of the marsala the plate arrived as requested and my lovely dinner partner thoroughly enjoyed it. I chose to go the old fashioned nothing fancy route and had the lasagna with a side of three scrumptious meat balls. A huge portion and delicious. They always start you off with a fresh salad or caesar if you choose. Also a plate of individual slices of tomato pie and oven fresh rolls. Our server was the more than kind Alyssa. Located in Feasterville at Bustleton Pike and Street Road.

Lamberti’s has been a destination for my family and I for quite some time now. Compared to other restaurants, we’ve never had any issues with the food or service. One of my favorite parts of the meal is the bread they serve– deliciously filling rolls and pizza-style bread. Their chicken is delicious. Every now and then I order pizza from them. The waiters are friendly and know us by name. The dining area is a small, cozy informal setting with a bar to the side. There’s a party room in the back for gatherings. Prices are reasonable. A lot of local residents dine here regularly, I’ve noticed, creating a cheerful atmosphere and typically filled restaurant.

Really very sad chain really. The neon lights around the bar should be your neon signal to go elsewhere. Over-cooked is the best word to describe all the food here. The pasta, the chicken, the veggies all cooked to death. I only ate half my dish and left the rest in the restaurant. Also I am pretty sure it was supposed to come with pasta which it did not arrive with any. For the price in the area I would like much better quality.

I came here on Easter Sunday after the rush was gone. I waited for 10 – 15 minutes before a server named Gabe actually acknowledged we were there. The restaurant was practically empty so I assume the waited was just a bit lazy. On to the food. I ordered the chicken Maximo which said it came in a white wine sauce on the menu. When it was delivered, it was in a red sauce which was misleading. My husband ordered one of the seafood specials on the menu which was good, but the price probably wasn’t worth it. Some patrons at another table were complaining about their order not coming out the way it was described on the menu, so clearly, there is something wrong here. Overall, I probably wouldn’t come back. The food was okay, but the service absolutely stunk.

We loved coming to(there are more than one) all the Lamberti’s over the years. My best friend(of MANY years) and her late father loved it here so much that she had her(small, informal, hippy-filled) wedding here. The chicken marsala and salmon were excellent, and the family style penne marinara and spinach made it a great evening. The roasted peppers and mozzarella are sooooo good here. It is a very casual place — not what I would pick for a wedding — but maybe for a rehearsal dinner or shower.

Lambertis is in a small shopping center, The restaurant is small, with a bar and no lounge. The décor is simple and clean. The menu is very extensive offering a wide array of appetizers, soups, salads, pasta dishes and seafood, Pizza’s of all kinds including gourmet. Chicken or veal entrees, panini’s and homemade desserts! They make their own fresh Mozzarella and roast their own marinated peppers and this is a good choice for an appetizer or salad course. Their clams casino are good, mine are better and the fried zucchini is the best! My husband had the spaghetti with sausages, peppers and onions and he can not wait to go back, he especially loved their sauce. I had the shrimp parmesan, which had a good half dozen jumbo shrimp, which were perfectly cooked. I personally could use a bit more basil, oregano and seasonings in my sauce, but next time I will just ask. Save your money from going to Toscana’s, this local Italian restaurant does not have all the glitz, but it certainly delivers on the food and service! I thought it was neat, how mid day they pushed a bunch of tables together and brought out huge bowls of salads, pastas and the best looking cheese steak hoagies I have seen, Then they all sat down together to eat! The entire staff and owners seemed to be Italian and once in awhile spoke their own language. You know it’s going to be good, when it is in their blood!
