We found ourselves a new pizza parlor and we’re loving it! Straight from Sicily and gorgeous men who speak just enough English to kind of get your order straight… When ordering a pizza or four, like I did, I always inquire about the thickness of the crust. I love it thin, NY style and he said oh, I know nothing about NY style, but I think you like our crust. Bring it on baby, his accent alone had me anxious with anticipation for one of the best pizzas I knew I would ever have. For $ 40.98 with tax and including the $ 3.00 coupon I used, we got a 10″ extra cheese and as he puts it, extra«roni» which was loaded with cheese and pepperoni on a thin enough crisp crust. It was very good, the sauce was flavored with the right amount of herbs, the cheese was stringy, real mozzarella and if my all time favorite of by george at the Terminal doesn’t still have my mouth watering, this would come in as one of the best I have had. The other pizzas was a sausage, green pepper and onion pizza, again loaded with toppings and they are not chintzy on the cheese. The ground beef, crispy bacon, onion and sweet marinated peppers were outstanding and has me thinking twice about Casanova’s and their light toppings and cheese. The fourth was a white pizza with mushrooms, onions, garlic, anchovies and it was supposed to be feta cheese. He said cheddar and I said no feta a couple of times. I ended up with cheddar and I laughed when I opened up the box and then dove in. The crust has been topped with a mozzarella, then loaded with mushrooms(canned, ugh), plenty of anchovy filets, onions and then a cheddar cheese sauce decorated it. Know what? I would order it again just the way they made it, it was awesome! Their menu has it all, from Sicilian to gourmet pizzas, Stromboli, calzones, burgers, hoagies, cheesesteaks, hot sandwiches, Italian sandwiches, club or kaiser, baked and cooked homemade Italian dinners, salads, wraps and wings. If you save the coupons from your box and accumulate ten of them, your next large cheese pizza will only cost you $ 1.50 plus tax and toppings. Now if you do order for home delivery, which cost us nothing other than the tip, you may be lucky enough to have the tall handsome young man that I had deliver your pizza. Bene ciao IL tesoro!(Well, Hello darling!) Can’t wait to try more, of the food that is…
