Larry’s Steaks

Prices on the website don’t match what are being charged in the store.
«We have a new menu…» ok, but put it on the website.
The manager microwaved our rolls for our belly filler hoagies after taking them out of the freezer.
He told me «you’ll love them»…guess what I didn’t love them.
Ordered an Italian hoagie… unlike ANY other Italian hoagie I have ever had in my entire 52 years. Did not look or taste Italian.
Called to complain the next day and got my money back, but the very same manager told me that the meats in the Italian hoagie were not pork but rather «turkey and beef.»
No genoa salami, no ham, no Italian cooked salami.
How is this Italian???
All I can say is lotsa luck but without me,
This Place is GROSS… stay away.
There are so many other good places in the area.

Id give this place no stars if i could. Ive ordered here before and the steak was mediocre at best. Tried to call back and order again to give them another shot and the girl on the phone was extremely rude. She claimed she couldn’t hear me so i spoke louder and then she accused me of having a problem. When i was in this before place it was dead and its no wonder! Enjoy working for $ 7.25 an hour while you can I’m betting this store will be closed within the year with such a rude staff!

We got our little dude’s (10 month old) hair cut next door. He was pissed. We were hungry. This place was right there, so we were like «well hell yeah» and kicked in the front door. We had no idea what to order, we had to check out the menu. Sometimes, this pisses off the help behind the counter (which is lame) but here, they were cool. Explained the menu to a couple frazzled parents (us) and we ordered for dine in. Well, our little angel was rapidly becoming Satan… crying, throwing stuff, hell, he punched a sweet little 93 year old lady in the throat. Anyways, long story short, our food came to the table, and I asked the cook if he could pack it to go. No eye rolling or any other bullcrap you would get most anywhere else, he was cool and packed it all up. The onion rings and cheesesteaks were freakin awesome. Give it a try.

I have always like Larry’s. And the product is still very good. However at this location you could starve before you get service. I have walked in there, sat at the counter and waited and waited and finally walked. In my opinion, there is no excuse for bad service; A good product will not save bad service.
Additionally, I don’t understand why Larry’s sells cigarettes. And if they choose to sell cigarettes why would they advertise it as big as life on the front lawn?

So Grub Hub has Larrys Steaks on it. It took about an hour to get to my house, they are less then two miles away. We got the food and it wasn’t hot. The fries were lukewarm as well as the gyro we ordered. Nevertheless the chicken gyro was pretty decent. The Italian hoagie was just ok. The meats weren’t really spiced the way I am used to. The curly fries that were lukewarm were still pretty good. It was a quick and easy way to get food delivered. If I’m ever craving a chicken gyro and don’t feel like going out, I’ll consider ordering from here again.

Cheese steaks are always delicious! Their chicken nuggets & chicken fingers are delicious! Great staff as well.
