Camille VanDevanter DDS, MSD, PS

My family has used Dr. VanderVanter for years. I surely wouldn’t keep coming back if I didn’t like it here! Camille is a great orthodontist. Her staff is awesome. They helped me work through some sticky insurance issues with great grace. She is thorough, professional, friendly, and fun. Love her «incentive» program, for kids and adults.

We’ve been taking our 12 year old daughter for half a year now and all has been going well. Her teeth are always sore after an appointment, but I remember how that story goes. The cleaning instruments that Dr. V gives her to clean her trash at home are really nice, wish I had this growing up. The office is very modern, and well decorated with national themes, fire example this month is national ice cream month, so there are ice cream cones and other decorations as well as giving out free ice cream after the visit.
There is free WiFi, which I almost expect now whenever I go to anywhere. Coffee and tea is free, with a little room and tv for the little ones to watch. There is also a Wii with two controllers for kids to play.

My daughter just recently finished up getting her braces from Dr. VanDevanter. I must say on my end the experance went very well. They have a great office, very nice staff in the front office and were very easy to get help with my questions. I must say there were diffently more expensive then most of the other area Dr’s but they came from a refferal from my daughters dentist. But from my daughters point of view was not so good. She says that they were often indifferent of her concerns when she was receiving treatment. Often cold and non attentive to here concerns about pain and other issues. Also over all she dreaded going there for every appointment. Now I know that getting braces is not a fun thing and there is a level of pain involved but It concerns me that my 17 year old who is old enough to under stand customer service and who works in customer service to complain so much about here experance. So with that would not recomend Dr. VanDevanter to anyones child, but I have to say they were greaet to the parents.

Camille and her team are an absolutely top notch Orthodontic treatment team. Highly recommended.
