Great Cuts

My visit was even worse. When I arrived I waited patiently behind a customer who was apparently trying to pay for his haircut so I could check in. Clearly the hairdresser was having difficulty with the credit card machine in that it locked up on her. After approximately 7 to 8 minutes of my standing behind the patient customer, the hairdresser snapped at me and asked me to sit down. No pleasantries, no I’ll be with you in a minute, etc. She then proceeded to tell the customer that he had to drive down the street to get cash out of an ATM at a nearby convenience store so he could pay for his $ 10 haircut. After the customer left I suggested that maybe she reboot the credit card machine by unplugging it. Waalaaw, problem solved. When the customer ultimately returned five minutes later to pay for his haircut the hairdresser never apologized or really said anything to him just collected his money. All in all my haircut was less than average but with the poor customer service throughout my experience I will not go back. Beware.

I’ve been coming here for years. April does a great job! Even my teenagers insist on having her cut their hair. Vannie has done my hair too and she does a good job too. I suggest making an appointment but there may still be a short wait. They also offer tanning, perms, color and waxing. They are closed on Sundays.

Love this place. Like I said in my quick tip, i moved to puyallup and still get my hair cut here. They take their time and don’t beat your head up with the clippers (for the guys). Super friendly and usually don’t have to wait for more than one person ahead of me. Vannie is the best!
