I went there for my taxes two years ago and was charged $ 230 for something I could have done on my own online. Definitely a waste of money unless you have complex taxes.
Not to mention, I keep getting phone calls from the lady who did my taxes. I called back and asked to not be bothered anymore but apparently they don’t listen. Even after blocking the number, I’ve gotten called from a different one.

Many hidden fees and their software was too indecipherable for their technicians. My wife and I gave up after 2 weeks of failed service and escalating costs. I will never use H&R Block again. Excuse me, I will never ATTEMPT to use H&R Block again. Ever.
