How do they deliver that fast? It’s crazy made a phone order for delivery and about 5 min later it was delivered at my office. Freakishly Fast!!!

Not a big fan of cold sandwiches. But tried it for the heck of it. Felt that I have had way better sandwiches. Order– #13 the gourmet veggie club

Can I see their menu online? Yes. Can I order online? Yes. Can I pay online? Yes. Can I put very specific instructions about my delivery on the order? Yes. Do they ever read or follow those instructions? Nope. My last order from them was today. Congratulations Jimmy Johns of Federal Way, ya done lost me and my money.

It’s the best and the worst all rolled up in one. I love Jimmy John’s? I hate Jimmy John’s? YES! When it comes to sandwich shops, I can’t find one that does it all the way it should be. Some places have tons of options to choose from and all of the toppings and add ons that you could think of but when they make your sandwich, they hardly put an substance on it. Some places slice the meat to order and that is amazing but their bread is so dang huge that even a good amount of meat and veggies, all you taste is bread. Some places toast their sandwiches or offer hot grinders but the taste is somehow off. Some places make their sandwiches too small and some too big. Some places only offer chips and cookies as sides and other have soup and salad and more. I could go on. Why I love Jimmy John’s: 1. The sandwiches are a good size and the ratio of bread to fillings is almost always perfect. 2. They make them super fast so you can get in and get out if you are in a hurry 3. They slice the meat and bake the bread in the store. 4. The people are usually friendly. 5. The prices are reasonable. 6. They make an Unwhich. 7. They deliver. 8. The Jimmy chips are delicious. Why I hate Jimmy John’s: 1. They will not modify your sandwich past the add ons on the menu. It really pisses me off because my daughter loves the slim ham and cheese and she also likes lettuce but they refuse to put lettuce on her sandwich. 2. You cannot have a build your own sandwich. You order what see or you don’t. 3. The veggies are extremely limited and the only way you can have a pickle is if you eat it on the side. 4. The people can be quite rude at times if you are making any requests. 5. Only mayo goes on every sandwich. You have to request dijon or add your own yellow mustard. 6. They only deliver to a small area so chances are they don’t go all the way to your house. 7. You are expected to bag your own order. Don’t forget your napkins! So as you can see, I have my issues with Jimmy John’s but they are not so bad that I will stop visiting there. I have come to know what to expect whether I like it or not and I just have to deal with the things that I don’t agree with. Overall, I like their sandwiches. I’m glad I can now have dijon added to them because trying to add your own yellow mustard to a completed sandwich that is all wrapped up tight in paper is a huge pain in the butt. I opt for hot peppers on my sandwich which kind of take the place of the pickles but not everyone is a fan of spicy stuff. I know fast is there gimmick but sometimes customer service gets lost when they are in such a hurry. Jimmy John’s will continue to be the sandwich shop that I love to hate. Thanks for reading.

We like Jimmy Johns for quick meals when we don’t feel like cooking or eating at a sit down restaurant. We like it much more than Subway and Quiznos. We got Jimmy Johns tonight for dinner. My gf ordered online for me to pick up. She ordered and paid online at about 430PM, I walked in on my way home from work at 435PM and they had just finished making the three sandwiches. They bagged them, and I picked them up and walked out the door quick and easy. I had the #10 unwich. I usually get the unwich to avoid the carbs from the bread. I added cheese, extra hot peppers and took off the mayo. My order was perfect. Right amount of lettuce, peppers, meat and cheese. Perfect. My gf had a #14 and a bag of salt and vinegar chips. They got her special order correct, she was happy with her sandwich. And she loves the chips. Her daughters sandwich was correct too.

Though I find Jimmy Johns sandwiches to be quite wonderful, I am thoroughly disappointed that this location won’t deliver to anyone outside a miles range. I am only 3 miles out and they cannot be bothered to deliver.

We love JJ’s, but won’t be returning to this location. My fiancé ran in so I could stay in the car with the kids. 1. First off, he had to bag his own food. Odd, but ok. 2. We always get a plastic knife so we can cut the kids sandwich in half, they were out and told my fiancé they didn’t have one behind the counter to cut it for us, either. 3. They didn’t have cup holders so he had to juggle two bags and four waters out to our car. 4. Lastly, I usually get the unwhich because they’re delicious, low-cal(ish) and easy to eat. This time what I got was the white part of the lettuce on the top and bottom of my lackluster Beach club. What. A. Disater. We won’t be back.

It was late, probably past 9pm last night but we were on our way home and didn’t want to cook. We were hungry for sandwiches, and Subway just wasn’t calling our name so we decided on Jimmy John’s. First time trying it at this location. You can’t go wrong with a Turkey Tom, and the boyfriend had tuna. Place was empty, a couple workers probably antsy to serve the last couple customers of the night and get the hell off work. The girl that took our order was nice, and I swear, the order was put in and less than a minute later, we were walking out with sandwiches in our hands. Super freaky fast. I’ll be back again for the yummy sandwiches and free smells.

Not a bad place. Another option for sandwiches if you usually go to Subway, Togos, etc. Turkey Tom was made pretty quick.

So the last review I posted was the last time that I ate JJ’s and I got food poisoning! I only ate 1⁄3 of my sandwich, which in hindsight I’m glad about. I ordered the beach club w/bacon, which I’d never had before and wanted to try since it had avocado. Sadly I think it was the avocado that made me sick! I told my coworker about it and she also said the last sandwich she had with avocado made her nauseous. Pretty sure y’all aren’t storing your ingredients properly. I will be staying away for a while and especially not ordering avocado. What a shame…

Ordered Jimmy Johns online to check out the delivery. I ordered a #8 Billy Club with avocado and no mayo and asked for it cut in half. Pretty easy. With a J.J. Gargantuan cut in half. With chips and a pickle. With a 2 $ tip When I received my sandwiches neither were cut in half and the extra $ 0.75 avocado wasn’t on my #8. it took roughly 40 minutes to receive my sandwich to my home. If you want it done right, go to the store physically because they obviously lack on their online/phone orders. Typically I would not tip for a sandwich, but decided to since I ordered online and had it delivered. Will not make that decision again. For an order of $ 23 on sandwiches you think they would have their shit together & this wasn’t the case. Probably won’t be back for awhile.

Workers are obviously forced to act friendly lol. Felt good though. Decent sandwich but I could make one better at home. If you got no time and want a homestyle sandwhich, I guess you could eat here

Jimmy Johns is usually pretty good. Just the experience at this location was unbelievable. I ordered my food & I was paying — standing at the register — the young girl started to make the sandwich. As she slapped on the mayonnaise she literally splashed it on my jacket. The girl seriously giggled and looked at the girl ringing me up, then went back to making the food. I asked for a napkin & I was directed to the back of the store to get it myself to wipe off my jacket. An I’m sorry would have made my experience much better, but no, I got a giggle & a smirk. After, we sat down, bit into the sandwich 4 times before I hit the one thin slice of meat that was put on. I basically ate hollowed out bread with lettuce and a hint of meat. I won’t be coming back here.

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jimmy Johns. I will never stop here again while passing through Federal Way. The skinny man with the beard and flipped up bill on his hat was condescending and rude. We have a service dog that is under five pounds so we were holding her as we always do in restaurants and never have any trouble. He asked if she really was a service dog and didn’t believe us and proceeded to ask for her papers even though we were just getting sandwiches to go. On top of the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time our sandwiches were made incorrectly and we were over charged for both. Avoid this location if possible.
