Fabio did a great job with a custom framing of a large photo for our living room. The result is beautiful, and I would definitely go there again.

This place is a gem! We had 10 things we needed framed, plus another 4 pieces that needed wires or other hanging attachments. I knew this might take awhile, and couldn’t come in until after 5, so I had called ahead and Nicole, one of the owners, told me to come on in.
We got there and Nicole jumped right in to help us select frames, matting options, and glass types. It took a long time to figure out all of the options for 10 pieces, especially since we had a wild assortment of sizes and items to be framed (several canvases, a poster, and a collection of items to be framed in one frame). Nicole never rushed us and was helpful in making suggestions without being too pushy. She seemed to really care about making sure our pieces looked their best. Their prices are awesome, too, especially when you consider the personal attention we got. As long as I live anywhere close to this shop, I will never go anywhere else. Thank you, Nicole!

If need something special framed this is the place to go in the area. Yes there really is a Fabio, yes he’s Italian transplant from Rome, and he’s very friendly, courteous, creative, helpful owner. Had my certificate and diploma frame here, excellent work at reasonably priced services.

This is a wonderful shop to get your art work framed by a true artisan. You also get treated to the warmth and kindness of a local merchant and family run business. There is no rushing here, they take all the time you need to carefully select the materials that will make up your frame. Currently they are working on a unique frame for a tribal hat from Northern Thailand. I trust Fabio and his wife Nicole and recommend you check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

I love this place! Fabio has framed a lot of pictures for me. Earlier this year, I moved 3 hours away. I tried to get some pictures framed for my new place but had no luck at the big box stores near me. So I took the pictures back down to Fabio’s thinking I could leave them until I went back again. The price was much lower than the big box stores and I loved how they turned out. Plus, Fabio finished them very quickly so I didn’t have to make another trip. Excellent service, large inventory, quality products – this is a great frame shop!

I have used this frame shop for many requests and have always been very happy. They were able to take a picture that I thought was damaged and re-​frame it to look brand new. This frame shop is amazing!!! Very friendly and helpful service.

I have owned and operated a successful custom jewelry store called Federal Way Custom Jewelers for 35 of the 59 years of its existence.
Recently, (beginning in July of 2014) my Son, who is in his 7^th year here, finally prodded me into a full remodel of our store. It had not been substantially changed since relocating here 2 decades ago in 1994!
After new 3 tone paint, and installation of new carpet tile (something I was completely unfamiliar with) and 3 new 50 inch flat screen wall mounted TV’s, we were ready to completely re frame and recover our existing 30 year old 4 foot by 3 foot wall frames, each of which held SIX smaller, individual pictures of custom jewelry items we had made for our customers.
After careful checking and interviewing we selected Fabio’s Frame Shop. They happened to be in our local community of Federal Way, Washington and have been in business for years. I could tell that Fabio has a passion for what he does, just as I do. I regard this as most important… maybe the most important thing.
It was a BIG, complicated job, and very important to get it right.
Fabio himself recommended and helped my son and I to choose the perfectly appropriate frame material, style and color of new frames to replace the very dated chrome frames we had originally purchased decades before.
Well, it wasn’t just framing. it was completely recovering the pressboard base with beige material (fully replacing the original deep purple) and then precisely measuring and drilling 6 holes in each of the original pressboards, because the new smaller frames were a different size than the originals and therefore no longer hung centered top to bottom and left to right. I was completely unprepared for this and it made my head hurt frankly!
Never fear FABIO IS HERE!
That man took charge of the whole challenge and made it perfect, even though the small frames were purchased by us before we selected Fabio’s frame shop to remake our large frames! That’s RIGHT! It was not his problem or his responsibility, yet he IMMEDIATELY set to work to fix OUR problem.
Wowee…and boy, do the results ever speak for themselves!

I came in there totally clueless about the project I was starting, and they offered so much advice, support, cost-​effective ideas and weren’t pushy in the least. They even added a little discount at the end when I told them it was a «grooms gift» for my Fiancé!

We stopped in kind of on a whim during a hunt for picture hanging supplies. You see, I live in a pre-​War apartment, the kind with the old picture railing at the ceiling and plaster walls. You don’t just hang a nail in my place, you buy picture hooks for the antique railing and then buy picture wire long enough to hang from the 11-​foot ceilings (where the hooks are.) It’s complicated. Also, harder in today’s modern just-​put-​a-​nail-​in-​the-​wall world, where no one seems to sell picture wire in lengths greater than five to ten feet. I already have the hooks and railing — just need the wire.
The staff were super-​busy explaining to a few folks that they would be happy to do a lovely job framing something but would need more than an hour to do it but were more than happy to stop and let me explain my problem and try to work with me. A few details later and they had a few suggestions and some special order offers.
I have a few paintings that need re-​stretching and framing and you can bet I’ll be back to give those services a try, given the great customer service available. They even have a small chair and some Dr. Seuss books for my kid while we wait!
