AT&T

This is my neighborhood At&t. Always good service at this location. Sam was always so knowledgeable and courteous. He’s not there as of recent. I went in yesterday and Alex helped me out. He was also very courteous and helpful. I love that there’s almost never a wait here. I like this location much better than the ones in SouthCenter. Definitely go here if you’re nearby and need AT&T.

WATCH OUT! They are scammers here! When I came back in to talk about the bill and the issues that we have I wanted to involve a manager (i asked multiple times) and she would not come and speak with us. The sales person completely lied to us and when i wanted it fixed he tried to back track and say that I was wrong. He was supposed to give us a 25% discount yet it only came out to 10% and then changed the negotiations of the fee… total lies, and to think I switched from Verizon for better customer service.HA. do not go to this store. They will rip you off.

Came here about 3 months ago to get new phones after years of being out of contract. After TWO days of negotiations and numbers, I was guaranteed my price would be pretty close to a certain amount. Also, the salesman talked us into trading our phones in and changing one of our numbers so we could get a tablet for free! I know, I’m an idiot for believing it, but he said there would be no monthly charge for the tablet (lie). Three months later my bill is much higher. Turns out the guy never cancelled the old phone so we have been paying for an unused number plus the tablet service we were explicitly told we would not have to. Call the company to try and cancel and get my money back, they won’t give it to me. So now I’m out all of this money because they can’t properly train their employees. I’m seriously debating paying the cancellation fee, but I can guarantee I will leave AT&T and never go back to this store for any issues.

Was mislead by a salesman to get a new account when I was already with another company, when I asked what I would have to pay to my old company after switching I was clearly told nothing would be owed but my final bill… clearly told this… long story short it’s my word vs his apparently and my word don’t mean much to att and I owe final termination fee to Verizon Along with my bill… don’t get a new line with «Vincent» at this location he will scam you at all costs.

5 stars for this place! More reps than I have ever seen at any phone store, they greet you at the door and with a smile! My rep was very well informed and very sweet and as I waited and listened, ALL the reps were very informed and sweet! There was no pressure at all to get my iphone 6 and no question was a dumb question! I would recommend this store to anyone and I will for sure!

one of the representative invaded my privacy by looking at my phone without my permission. The assistant manager treated me bad and did not listen to my side, i found out they are close friends. People there don’t take customers as their priority. I dont know if they really look into cctv cameras because they are all friends at that store. This is not a good store to go to. I dont trust any of them. If i can rate them as 0 i will. over all Very bad service! shame on them!

BEWARE! This location trains its staff and managers to steal your money by selling a screen cover they say will not break for 40 $. They really don’t give you a choice «you must have it because it is made of glass that does not break and protects your phone». Guess what mine is broken within a week of purchase. I drive back to the store and was advised they will not exchange not return the product. I would not have purchased a screen protector for 40 $ if I was not lied to. Because the product is not what I was told I asked to return it and Theary Lorn the assistant store manager refused. I must pay 10 $ to mail it back to the company and get a replacement for an item I DO NOT want and was misrepresented by her staff. You would expect more from#ATT but I guess now once this new contract is up I will be leaving. It takes one poor instance of poor customer service and refusal to take accountability for a product you sell to loose customers. But you do not care!
Heading to the bank to dispute the charge now. Next to explore returning the new phone and tablet and find out how to cancel my service.
Please be careful what you purchase at this store and please do not buy accessories through them.

I don’t think I’ve ever given five stars to a chain store, but my experience with the Federal Way AT&T store deserves it.
I hate cell phone stores. Every time I go to one, I feel like the sales agent knows less about the product he’s selling than I do – which is pretty bad. In the past, I’ve been given a lot of bogus information. I usually have to wait for service for a long time. Several times, the sales agent has signed me up for some service I made very clear I did not want. And I’ve often come close to leaving the store because I grew sick of the upsell treatment.
I didn’t experience any of this at the Federal Way AT&T. I arrived at the store about thirty minutes before closing – not much time to make a deal. I was promptly greeted by a sales agent: Jose Ramirez. Jose quickly found the phone I wanted, he answered every question I asked, and it was readily apparent that he was familiar with the phone and the plans he was selling – I had complete confidence that he knew what he was talking about. Although he told me about additions to the plan (additional data, warranty service, etc.), he was not pushy and when I told him I wasn’t interested in these options, he moved on. In a very short time, Jose had my new phone set up and ready to use. Although it was past closing time when we finally completed the deal, Jose stuck around to answer all my questions.
My transaction was A+.

Me and my partner purchased new IPhones 1 iPhone 6 and 1 iPhone 6 plus. We both were told we would receive a 200 $ credit when we received our new phones and brought back our old 4S iPhones. After receiving our new phones be brought back our old phones. They did give me 200 $ for one and none for the other. I was told that since the lock button was broken and the back glass was cracked they couldn’t buy it back. Don’t you think you should had said this when we purchased the phones? But instead they used it as a ploy for us to buy the new phones. We talked to the assistant store manager who I ass****. We asked to speak to the store manager who told us the same crap. If we didn’t have it in writing then they never told us that. BRANDON YOU ARE A ASS**** and suck at customer service ! I won’t be back ! I hope you loose your job!

I recently visited this store in search of a new phone. I was sonewhat overwhelmed at all the choices of phones … changing from an iphone to an android… Ryan is the person who helped me! Very knowledgeable and patient! The store seemed very busy so I was not expecting a lot of assistance. it was very noticed and appreciated! I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends and return again !

Tried to make a claim for an iPhone that had gone through the wash, and was rejected by AT&T’s insurance carrier, the equally crooked Asurion. Through a snafu with Best Buy, the insurance was cancelled temporarily as Best Buy replaced our phone with a new contract and deleted the insurance — after the phone was already damaged. After we found out our fees had increased dramatically, we returned the phone to Best Buy, had our contract restored and tried to make a damage claim. Because we had a break in insurance after the phone died, Asurion and AT&T used it as an excuse to not honor our contract.
We ended up buying a used phone from Gamestop as it cost the same as the deductable AT&T would have charged us to replace the phone we bought from them.
Sad thing is: just about every company one is forced to do business with now (due to the government’s policy of allowing monopolies to exist and ignoring customer complaints) has become a harrowing experience. Whether it’s your cable company, your bank, or the government itself, it seems as though criminality now runs rampant throughout our society. Not surprising that some consider the US to be the most corrupt nation on earth. Sad times.

The worst customer support of any business I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. I am tired of using Itunes so I bought a Galaxy S4 from AT&T. They set it all up at he store and we thought we were done. No we were not. Calls or text messages were not getting thru. So I call tech support. Or should I say inept worthless support. They talk and talk the they say they have to transfer me to Apple support for some reason or another. The Apple support talks then hangs up, but still no messages are getting thru. In all I called Tech 4 times wasted all afternoon but still they kept blaming Apple. Why do we put up with this terrible service. I am wrapped up in a 2 year plan but no support. I plan to go to the store tomorrow and raise hell. I will definitely give them their phone back and switch to Vorizon.

OMG. We’ve used AT&T since summer 2011. EVERY time we’ve come it’s been a RIDICULOUS wait. I’m talking at least 20 – 30 minutes. That’s NO WAY to service customers. ANY customers. Let alone those who have business accounts with MULTIPLE lines. They need to add a location or hire more people. They need to do something because this is ridiculous.

The wait was intolerable. My friend was looking to start a new service contract, and we waited almost a half hour until our name was called. The process was smooth, and the guy that helped us was informed about what he was speaking to, (frankly, he’s the reason they aren’t getting one star.) There is no reason a potential client should be waiting a half hour at 3:30 on a Wednesday.

Can someone please explain to me why there’s 6 people working but only two helping people? One guy is texting. Two girls are standing behind the counter chatting. One girl, the one checking people in, is standing by talking with them. And I’m sitting here with three other people… waiting.

4 stars but could have been 1 or 5. First off Sam the manager is a 5 star type of guy. He helped us and that is why it is not a 1 star place. The greeter guy at the door drags the place down. For some reason he tries to drive people away by telling them what is not available in a harsh way. Once we told him we were looking for something else he put our name down and walked away. So here is where I got pissed and made it know I was not happy, he let all the good looking, big busted woman go ahead of everyone else saying they had just quick questions. Bull$hit everyone waits in line and that’s all there is to it. We almost walked out but Sam helped us out. I’ve had good interactions with him before and he took care of our needs well and gave us a great discount on our new phone that we couldn’t get online. I would give Sam 5 stars, door greeter and security guard (wtf?) should just go away. Get a take a number machine it will serve you better.

This store is hit or miss. Unfortunately, more miss than hit and it is the closest store to my house. They always seem to be short staffed. I’ve had some alright experiences here (I’ve been with ATT for 18 years so I’ve had plenty of problems) and I’ve had several problems were I’ve left in tears or mad (and I’m not a cryer) out of sheer frustration. Last year I had an associate add a family texting plan to my service without telling me (I have 5 lines and at the time no one texted in my house — that has now changed, but irrelevant) and I didn’t catch it on my bill for several months (my fault) and all I got back was like $ 30 after an hour of arguing with a customer service rep on the phone. Tacky, I’m sure he got some sort of commission…
Now, I’ll just drive the extra 25 minutes to Puyallup where they have great service!

I don’t have AT&T, nor do I plan on getting AT&T. So I am sure you are asking, «hey stupid, why would you give them a five star if you don’t plan on getting their plan?»
I wondered in here after ordering my media center at Pier One Imports. I am debating about what kind of plan I want to get and since I was here, might as well see what they had to offer.
Salesman: «Could I help you with anything sir?»
Me: «I am kind of just looking around.» I was kind of looking, but not really.
Salesman: «What kind of phone service do you have?»
Me: «T-​Mobile.»
Salesman: «Oh, you mean ‘Free Mobile’?»
Me: «Why do you call it ‘Free Mobile’?»
Salesman: «Because they give away free stuff and they are cheaper. Sometimes I wish I was working for Free Mobile.»
Five stars for convincing me to stick with ‘Free Mobile.’ He also seemed like an honest and very knowledgeable salesman.
