Latitude Condominium

I used to live at latitude condominiums prior to selling my condo. I can honestly say I enjoyed my stay at the community. It’s a quiet peaceful community. The amenities are great. I loved renting the great room for baby showers and gatherings. Targa real estate svcs which managed the community was on top of things. My neighbors were awesome! I definitely recommend the community for rental or purchase. The only disadvantage was the sauna never worked. Wether it wasn’t in budget for repair with expense or wether the community condo owners voted it out at a board meeting as we all had a vote in everything.

This rating has NOTHING to do with the units themselves — they are privately owned and I really loved my condo and my landlord but unfortunately the crazies on the Board of Directors/​various committees as well as their property management company made living here a total nightmare. On one occasion I just completely forgot to shut my garage door and I got a violation notice put on my car — at 2:15am! They have a few residents that are power hungry and unfortunately ruin things for everyone. I appreciate the goal of an association, to keep the property in good working order, safe, etc. but when it negatively affects your quality of life that is crossing the line.
Again, nothing to do with the condos themselves but I would seriously think hard if you are considering renting/​purchasing one of these units. I wish that I had listened to the warnings from tenants/​owners that I spoke to when I was looking.
