Just last night I found lice in my daughters hair and I went ballistic. I checked my hair and sure enough I had them too. I know essential oils helps get rid of them but the comb most places sell doesn’t work. The lice get caught in between the teeth and the nits slip right thru. I didn’t sleep the rest of the night and this morning I bumped into this website. I called to make an appt and they got me right in. BTW, Federal Way location is only open on Tuesdays. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go or not thinking that I may have cleaned her out myself. I went anyway bcuz I really just want to get rid of them once and for all. The tech was super nice and explained everything so well. I paid $ 226(w/tip) for both of us and while it is a lot of money it was well spent. I don’t have to worry about it anymore and just have to make sure to keep up with the preventive care. Cleaning lice out with store bought stuff is very time consuming and I just don’t have the time. I also bought the brush they sell bcuz I can check her myself. Great place! Great tech! I hope I never have to go back but if my daughter gets these little critters again I will.

This company is a blessing I dealt with this problem from several months and they took care of it in one day I recommend this company to everyone dealing with the same problem I did. And on top of all that it was quick and painless

We received the dreaded«lice letter» from school a couple weeks ago, and just few days later, I noticed my 6 yr old scratching her scalp. I couldn’t see any critters when I looked with a flashlight myself, so I decided to go to the experts! Lice Knowing You will check not just your child, but everyone in the household for $ 10(each). We called them and they were able to fit us into their schedule within the hour. Ana was the amazing technician who check our heads at the Federal Way location. Turns out both my daughter and I showed signs of infestation. My husband(who is, uh, less«hair-gifted» than we are) was also checked, but nothing was found. They had one opening and were able to treat my daughter immediately. First Ana coated her hair with some kind of oily mixture that smelled clean and fresh — somewhat like peppermint and other essential oils. Then, with a plastic shower cap over her hair, she was free to go play in their playroom for 15 – 20 minutes while my hubby and I watched TV and scanned our smartphones in the waiting area. After 20 minutes, they put her back in the chair and started combing thru her hair with a nit comb. VERY thoroughly. Frontwards, backwards, side to side — over and over, pickout the bugs and nits along the way. In the end, Ana pulled about a dozen live lice off our daughter’s head, and many, many, nits. They couldn’t fit me in right then, but could later in the day, so I went home(and nearly went insane now realizing there were creepy crawlies on my head) to start laundry with all our bed linens and pillows, and then came back so Ana could give me the same treatment. Thankfully mine had been caught very early, so only two lice were removed from my head, and a few nits. Ana was kind and professional. She made my daughter feel special and let her choose the TV channel while she was being treated. She and I later chatted while she treated me. She never once made us feel ashamed or embarrassed for being there. She answered all our questions and gave us a sheet with specific instructions on what we needed to do at home to ensure we didn’t become reinfested(washing/drying bed linens/pillows, vacuuming carpet, sofa, chairs, etc) — I also bought some of LKY’s lice-resistant shampoo and leave-in conditioner for my daughter, since I knew she would be going back to school where there were other infected kids. I took my daughter back to school the next morning and when the school nurse inspected her head, she commented that she had never seen such clean and soft hair following lice treatment! We returned a few days later to have our heads checked one last time(this is important to do if you want their 30-day guarantee!) — and we both checked out clean — YAY! Both my daughter and I have bobbed hair that falls between chin and shoulder-length and each of our treatments took about an hour. Longer hair would potentially take longer and cost more — but for us, it was $ 95/each. So between the checks($ 10 each/x3), the actual treatments($ 95/x2) and the products we chose to buy — no hard sells here —($ 15/x2) — We ended up paying about $ 250 for the whole experience. So it’s not cheap. But it IS thorough! Best of all, it’s all natural(no toxic, over-the-counter chemicals!) and the peace of mind it gives you knowing that those little suckers are GONE is well worth it — at least it was for me! Thanks Ana &LKY, Inc. P. S. I should also note that my hair was fairly recently color-treated(blond highlights) and the treatment they use — because it’s all natural and not chemicals — in no way affected my hair color. In fact, it seemed to deep condition it!
