Papa Murphy’s

When you have an hour left of being open, don’t lose your customer service skills. I get it, I work in customer service as well but that doesn’t mean you should throw out attitude because you guys are busy and the girl who took our order didn’t delegate the rest of our order to those making the pizzas. You should also learn that the customers can HEAR EVERYTHING YOU ARE SAYING! When one of the workers ask «why is she still here?» (In a rude, snobby tone). One of the other workers responded with «she has one more item» (in an even worse tone then the man). Then she proceeded to slam our order on the table in disgust as she looked at us.
This is by far THEE WORST!!! Papa Murphy’s I have ever been to. If I could rate 0 I would.

This location is great been here several times the pizza is good way better than the other mainstream pizza guys (pizza hut, etc…)

I love their pizza but they have messed up my order up many times. They always seem to mess up my coupons and the last time they had no idea about my order that I prepaid for earlier in the day. The need train their employees better.

How can you not like cooking your own pizza. I like my pie cooked golden brown and crunchy. I hate when you pick up a slice and the front falls down. How irritated is that.

Every time I have been in this Papa Murphys they have done a good job on my order and are very friendly, often offering to help me to my car when I have my hands full with my toddler. I feel that the store is clean. The only critiques would be that I wish they had cold bottled soda and online ordering.

This place is off SW 336 and you might miss it if you’re not from the area, but we love it. We call ahead of time and when we get there, it’s ready. Courtesy to the folks that work there. They are friendly and quick. One kids was truly amazing. He had just finished making a pie, got order, took a call and was cashiering because they were short a couple staff. He was so efficient and used the gloves properly. Yay! Your boss should give you kudos everyday. I even complimented him. He blushed, sorry. Wasn’t trying to embarrass you just giving credit when it’s due.

Papa murphy’s always gets 5 stars from me. Huge fan.
The one thing about this location though, is that getting in and out of the parking lot can be kind of a pain because of how tight the space is.

We love papa murphys but the last couple times we went to this location I called prior to ordering our food about the coupons we received in the mail and asked if they would be accepted and work I ordered my food while I was on the phone with the lady and was told that my coupon would be honored when we got there we were told that coupon doesn’t apply to the stuffed pizzas (no where does it say the stuffed pizzas were exempt) I explained I previously called and spoke with an employee they said it was completely on but once it was time to pay the lady was rude rolled her eyes and said fine I guess it’s okay this time.
Previously the same lady was rude about us wanting to use a coupon and refused to take our coupon because we had it on our phone and not physically printed out. She was rude and we left without our pizza because her customer service was so terrible.

The pizza is great. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and very reasonable prices. The Mediterranean pizza and Murphy’s original are my favorites.

Pizza is good, but service is lacking. Two times they have lost my tickets and then make me feel like an idiot when I ask where my pizza is after 20 mins before they realize their mistake.

Lol. So we just moved here from NY and had never been to, nor heard of Papa Murphy’s– clearly I did NO research because we were shocked when they handed us a raw pizza and said have a nice day! We had a nice chuckle, but the pizza was great! Think we found a new Friday night pizza tradition. Forget Papa John’s — Papa Murphy’s is delish!

I come here a lot. Love the pizza!
It’s credit only… just so ya know.
I’m giving a bad review due to bad customer service.
First, I called to see if I could pay over the phone. The guy that answered the phone sounded like I asked some hard question.
And responded with uuuugggghhh, no.
I had a sleeping baby in the car. I was trying to make things quicker for my self. That back fired.
Advice
— When a customer asks if they can pay over the phone give them a clear explanation. Don’t make people ask why.
— Don’t draw out your words like ugh and well. That make’s people think that you can do it, but you are to busy so you BS an answer.
Second, I walk in and its packed. There was no room for me to stand in the long line that was all the way at the entrance, so I take the short one. I second guess my self and think I’m rude so I then stand in the long line that wraps around to the other register … but after a couple people just order pizza’s, I ask if anyone is picking pizza’s up. No one was so i asked if I could cut in line.
Advice
— Employee’s have a register open for people to pay who have already ordered.
Third, When I went to pay. I forgot my ID. She says I need your ID, I say just run it as Debit pointing to the PIN number in between the register. She says I still need your ID. This sets me off. Because you don’t need an ID for a debit card. That’s what your secret code is for. Come to find out when I come back inside they don’t even run debit. Its only for EBT. If the girl had just said that it was only for EBT and not Debit you probably wouldn’t have gotten an outburst from me.
Advice
— Again be clear to customers of what and what’s not allowed. Don’t make un-​needed comments !

Fast and friendly service here at this location! We ordered the Cowboy pizza ($ 11), the new pan pizza with one topping ($ 9) and one cheesy bread pizza ($ 5). Called in order and was able to pick up in less than 10 minutes. Good stuff and everyone was happy! Definitely coming back again! =)

Papa Murphy’s is really awesome, as always. I have never had a bad pizza pie from them. My favorite (cause of health reasons I’m on a lower carb diet) is the gourmet vegetarian pizza, which I get on the thinnest crust. It is always delicious, and the staff is super friendly. It’s also nice that they have pre-​made items to go. I recommend them highly. I like to get a little extra of their cheese/​herb seasoning on my pies. Good eating! Cynthia M.

Friendly staff, fast service, great pizza! I ran in here just after I got back to town. I didn’t feel like cooking, but wanted something hot but good. Got the Gourmet Veggie, half vegan. Perfect!

New staff, so it’s up to Papa Murphy’s standards. Yay!
