Ok phở. Nothing to write home about but also nothing wrong. Don’t know the area but this looked like best option in neighborhood on Unilocal so we went :) had strawberry real fruit smoothie(was smaller than the normal smoothie which was a disappointment, never exp. that before. Usually they charge you the premium price for real fruit, which this place does too, but give you same size as other smoothies). Also ordered phở tai and lemongrass chicken with spring rolls in rice — all just ok.

Went here the other day to grab lunch to go for work. I ordered the pork chop plate & shrimp. The place smelled terrible and when I opened my food the rice was drenched in oil from my pork chops & it only came with 2 pieces of shrimp. Totally ruined my food but the pork chops were good.

Very happy with my order I got the fresh rolls(chicken) and the chicken phở I’ve been searching and searching for a phở place on the area that delivers. And I finally found a perfect place! They even gave me extra limes, sauces, mint etc…

The Grilled Beef Spring Rolls are some of the best food I’ve ever had. The Shrimp Spring Rolls are pretty typical, but good. They have the perfect amount of filling and is seasoned well. I didn’t need much sauce on them at all. The beef brisket phở is also very tasty! The service was good and fast. This is my new phở place!

Great food and cool servers! This is one of our favorite Phở places in the area. We normally start off with fried tofu and calamari which we love. The dining area is relatively small compared to other vietnamese restos along Pac Hwy so if you’re bringing in your big clan, seating could be an issue. Parking is pretty bad also on Friday and Saturday late nights due to other asian establishments around. Just come in regular dinner time, you’ll be fine. This is vietnamese owned and staffed. Overall, if you just want to chillax and have good Phở, this is a good place to go.

The phở here is one of the best broth in town, you got to try for yourself. The broth Is very well made and consistent. The price point is very good. The owner Johnny is friendly and inviting with a great sense of humor. I will defiantly recommend to anyone in the neighborhood to stop by and eat at Phở Kim.

Great food and customer service. This is my 2nd time here and I enjoy coming back. They have a wide range of different foods that you can order from. The fried pork roll was delish! And of course the phó is always a must have on the list.

I will come back again soon. The reason why I’m rating them 1 star right now is because they skimp out on rice plates, my husband ordered the beef one last time and they literally gave him 3 pieces of small meat, he finished in literally 2 minutes, while I was eating my bowl of noodles for a good half an hour. The food here is really delicious and I love it… But if I had to take my husband elsewhere to get more food… Then there is a problem.

We have been here many times. It is located in a busy complex, so parking can be challenging on weekend. Really nice and polite staff. Consistently good and flavorful soup with different choice of meat. Banh Mi is served with fresh colored green and the meat is charred enough to my liking. Wife always order avocado smoothy and they use a lot of it instead of ice, so it taste really creamy. Kids like their bubble tea. They aren’t stingy to put in the right ingredients so their food and drinks don’t taste watered-down.

Try the grilled shrimp, which unlike many vietnamese restaurants, is actually grilled! The owners/servers are very friendly and despite its sorta out of place location(in the korean food villa), its a gem for Vietnamese in federal way.

No longer in business. You should go and try it yourself to see how good. For me I will go back and try everything else in the menu because they look so good so I will go back

Very well done food here. The fried tofu appetizer is something special. Great texture and taste. Definitely try out the grilled beef sandwich. So tasty.

Hands down this is my favorite Phở place. My friend and I shared tofu spring rolls(come as with 4), 2 Thai teas, and Beef brisket phở. It was all very delicious. The portions are HUGE! The service was fast and efficient. Our meal was $ 15 together, the price and food I’m in love with.(:

I am very picky when it comes to trying new phở places, but after reading the reviews I decided to try it and I am so happy I did! The broth is so flavorful and they don’t skimp you on the meat. The claim your free Thai tea is kind of deceiving, but since I went here with my friend I wasn’t that upset, the coupon is buy one get one free and they are a pretty decent size as well! The service was great and I didn’t feel rushed like at the other phở restaurants that I go to. If I didn’t live so far this would be my go to phở spot!

Good standard phở place, nothing fancy. Good sized portion. Semi friendly service. We had the pork springs rolls which were tasty. I could have used thicker sliced pork though. Luckily they were seasoned very well. The one thing that I really really liked and would make me come back is the ICEDCOFFEE! Super strong and some chocolate to it. It’s funny… I asked what brand of coffee they used(most Viets use Café du Monde). They told me that they don’t know what brand. Clearly they are trying to keep it a secret since all they would have to do is look at the package.

Last night was girl’s night and instead of going to our usual place to cry and vent, we decided to get phở. We only chose this place cause we’d get free Thai tea if we checked in which turned out to be buy one get one free instead lol. Lio bought beef spring rolls and us 4 split. Kinda looked like a log of shit but it was pretty good haha. We all got phở and none of us finished our food because idk, it just tasted off. Maybe it’s because Lio snapchatted that she was eating«shit» and accidentally said it too loud for the workers to hear –____– despite our okay food, we had a good night. Lots of laughs and planning for our California trip :) 3 stars cause the food was mehhh, but the people were so nice and put on music that our dad’s would karaōke to. Definitely put us in the feels lol

I live on 336th St just a 5 minute walk from the restaurant. Been there twice. The grilled beef spring rolls are something else. Best spring rolls I’ve ever had. I will go back just for that. Phở is pretty good, tasty enough, gave me more meat than that other Phở place by JoAnn’s Fabrics. I felt, for the price, they could have given me a little more noodles though. I’d rather have a little more noodles than meat. Tried the pork sandwich for lunch today. It was good. A bit too spicy for me. I will ask them to hold on the peppers next time. I don’t understand the comment that there’s no parking in front of the restaurant. I guess, technically speaking, you can’t park directly in front of the restaurant, but there’s ample parking to the side of the restaurant, and it’s not like it’s a huge walk. I don’t understand why she would even mention that. I gotta try the French coffee someone else mentioned. There’s a market in Federal Way for late night Phở. If this place can deliver just somewhat consistent service and keep it pretty clean, they could really take business away from the ‘other’ late night Phở place which is just a train wreck in terms of cleanliness and customer service.

Lots of choices when it comes to getting phở in federal way but this place will be my first option from now on! If you like authentic Vietnamese food as in REAL phở, a little bit herby & flavorful, then you’ll love this place. Very clean on the inside from the utensil holder to even the table(no wet rag stains or smells). Service was really impressive. Came filled our water immediately and asked us multiple times if everything was okay. Location is a little funky because there’s no parking right in front of the restaurant but the food is worth it! I like the name also phở Kim… Very creative ;)

Extremely happy that they’ve added free WIFI! This small new place definitely fills a huge Vietnamese food void in Federal Way. I moved here from California and up till now have had the hardest time finding authentic and delicious Vietnamese food that would be up to the standard I was used to in socal. All the fantastic food this amazing family makes at Phở Kim even makes Federal Way suck a little less. If I ever move, I wish I could take this place with me. They even make the best coffee I’ve ever tried. I am not into coffee in general but I’m addicted to their French coffee now. New Vietnamese place in Federal Way. Tried a few kinds of banh mi and bubble tea. Everything was fresh and delicious. Friendly attentive staff. Food preparation was fast. Great new casual place in the neighborhood. Will be back tomorrow. :)
