This is one of the best salons I’ve found in Washington! They went above and beyond and even gave me a thank-​you card and a coupon for my next visit! Thank you Gallerie for being so awesome!

I bought a groupon in January hoping to get my hair done but then I got pregnant and was worried about treating my hair with chemicals and so I let the groupon go past date. After talking to friends about treating hair in pregnancy I decided the balayage would be harmless to the baby. The groupon was a week past due but they honored it which was a pleasant surprise since I was only expecting to pay the difference. Worth every penny though!
Andy who did my hair was wonderful! She was professional and personable. It was hands down the best salon experience of my life. My hair is really dark and so to get to the blonde that I wanted she had to foil my hair which took about 4 hours to process since my hair is pretty long. She was meticulous and attentive to detail. She even dried and curled my hair so that I could go into my day looking and feeling great!
I will definitely go back!

Kristie is a miracle worker. I did a boo boo with bleach on my own and was platinum roots with orange lengths. She fixed me right up! Looks awesome and doesn’t feel destroyed. Thank you! Lesson learned…

My first time ever coloring my hair. I knew Salon Parente has a solid reputation in FW, but I didn’t know any of the stylists. Fate (or the salon ’ s scheduling) put me in ANDI’s chair… and I am SO PLEASED! She has a great eye for color, careful technique and lots of patience with all my long, heavy hair! I will trust Andi from now on so she can hide my grey and keep my hair young looking! Thanks, Andi!

Alexis is amazing, I went to this Salon because I found them through Groupon. Then my hairdresser did a awesome job! I rebooked and love my hair again. I will definitely be going back to her from now on. I just want everyone to know this place rocks! Ask for Alexis you won’t be sorry.

Larry, you’re amazing!
I came in to get a new do as a way to ring in my birthday and Larry gave me a lovely haircut that suits me. I’m excited to go back next week for a balayage and Brazilian.

My appointment was scheduled for a full balayage and I had to come back THREE times because they messed up on my hair and couldn’t get the color right. My hair was completely fried by the end. So so so disappointed and will NEVER be returning here. No I did not get a refund but I did get the time they took to «fix» my hair and the end result was an all over color and not a «balayage». Save your $ and go elsewhere. Waste of my time and waste of my money and unnecessary stress.

Shout out to Galerie for being so amazing! Not only did she do EXACTLY what I wanted but she really took the time to make my hair look perfect! So excited to have her only a few minutes away! I highly recommend her!!! :)

I had a partial foil and a cut by Galerie today. She is a superstar and so easy to talk to and did exactly what I envisioned. She was meticulous with my blunt haircut. I highly recommend this salon. I have also been to Larry which was also a great experience. Great job SPS!!!

The hair stylist and support staff are friendly, and professional. I have been going to the salon for over 4 years, and not only i have not been disappointed with my hair style my hair has become so healthy. The compliments I get, all I can say whooooooo!

I came in for a balayage with Jackie, I could not be happier with the results. I’m all smiles looking at my new color. Stan consulted with us as well and his customer service skills and passion to get the desired result were unparalleled. I will definitely return to this salon. Watched a lot of cute styles go out the door as well!

I bought the groupon for a balayage and cut for like $ 100. I haven’t died my hair in years but was ready for a change. I’ll admit I was a little nervous about getting my hair died. Jacqueline did my hair in about two hours and it turned out super cute.

Used a Groupon here to get balayage done. I booked my appointment with Kristi, and I was definitely happy with the end result! Everyone is very friendly to each other, and the salon was bustling.
I was pleased at the end of the appointment when they gave me a $ 10 off coupon for both me and a friend on my next visit.

Bought a groupon for Stan parente not knowing it was only for the federal way location. I called federal way and let them know what happened. The lady I talked to (wish I knew her name) was AMAZING. She not only let me keep my appointment in Bellevue and called them to let them know what happened, but also explained why they have it set up for certain locations. She just made my entire day!!!

Thee best Groupon experience ever !! I went in and had bayalage done & a cut. I’m soooo happy with the results !! I feel so beautiful & fresh !! Kristie did an amazing job !! I can tell that she takes pride in her work & skill. I definitely look forward to my next visit with her !

I bought a voucher from groupon for a balayage for my birthday got something total opposite. I give them a negative 5 if I could.
First off I already had a really nice caramel balayage on my hair, I just wanted to go brighter. As soon as I sat in the chair she I was inform that there will be an extra charge because my hair is long. No problem, so I showed the styles it the look that I wanted to accomplish she told me that I wanted a balayage ombré so that would be an extra charge. Again no problem. I’m willing to pay for my services.
She told me that she’s not sure if they can get my hair as bright as I wanted to because I already had red I said that’s fine lets get it bright as possible. (The red was on the bottom half of my hair) She started to color my hair she was just basically painting big blocks of beach on my hair something that I’ve never seen any stylist do (and I been getting my hair done for a long time) when it was time to wash and tone my hair the 1^st round she had to ask the owner Stan how to do it and I hear him saying you need to do «this and this but you messed up on it in a way but where not going to speak about it here because the client is listening, we will have a private talk about this»
After my hair being washed up and tone it looked like I gave a 4 year old child a paint brush to paint my hair. I was furious. The left side of my hair looked like it has a fat brick hanging out there so you can images an ice berg out in the middle of the ocean. It does not belong there!!! The stylist told me she would have to beach it again so it can look nice and now where into the second round of bleaching my hair. After wash the top ¹⁄₃ of my head looks ashy blonde with a green tint, ²⁄₃ looks medium blonde and the remaining bottom looks like a bunch of high lights. I now have 3 – 4 color disfiguration from my hair. My hair went from light at top to hair to the bottom.
I was being straight up and told them that I did not like my hair. By this time I already been there for over 5 hours and it’s 830 pm. They told me that there’s Nothing they can do for my hair right now so I have to come back tomorrow so they can tone my hair again and make it one even color. I went out to the front and try to pay. Their staff said no need for that I can pay tomorrow when I come in. We agreed and I left. Also handed my stylist a very generous tip for her hard work even though she messed up on my hair. To her look she was very surprised and shocking that I tip her because she knew she messed up.
The next day I came back they squeeze me in between clients working on my hair and running around with other clients. If you took my hair and spilt it into 4 session and work its way down the top will be 1 and bottom will be 4 this is how the stylist tone my hair. She tone the first ¼ of my hair, skipped the second, went straight to the bottom half, then went back to the ²⁄₄ of my hair. After a wash my hair was worst than the day before.
I got so frustrated and upset because by this time I’ve spent 8 – 9 hours in there salon My head looks brown with a blonde brick in the middle. The stylist try to tell me it’s not that bad but no I’m sorry it is. They say with a cut and style it will be better. No I’m sorry styling your hair that’s how they hide the failsed and imperfection they’ve done. Then I was told they can not do anymore for my hair and that I would have to come back and see Stan the owner he’s great at fixing hair and making clients happy so Made an appointment.
Over the next few days I had second thoughts about coming back because what if they don’t obtain the look or color that I want or even try to get close. 2 bad experiences I’m not willing for 3^rd one. I called the day before and wanted to cancel then the girl at the desk told me to leave my appointment in the books and just talk to stand b4 come n
Next morning I called Stan and he was of top being very rude and unprofessional he was talking over me basically like yelling at me and saying that he’s not gonna do it for free. Excuses me now that’s where your really waking on egg shells with me. Wherever I go I’m willing to pay for my services so how dare you insult me like I expected you to do my hair for free. He has no value to his customer then asking me do I run a business and how important it is for them to make money. Last time I check any customer going any where for services is people who wants and willing to pay for services. I told him I understand because I run half of my boyfriends limousine so I know the important and understand when it comes to having your money. I told him I wanted to cancel my appointment he said that’s fine started to be more rude. Instead of understanding a customer point of view and agreeing that his staff messed up on my hair he started to attack me personally saying I’m unreasonable and all.
I would not recommend this salon specially with a rude and unprofessiona

I’ve been coming here for some time now. I found them online through Facebook. This is a great place. The staff is really friendly. I usually go to Anton for men’s hairstyle. He is amazing. After I came to him first time he’s been my go to guy for haircuts. He knows what he’s doing, he’s communicative, respectful, and brave to give his opinion on what might work best for your style. Love this place. I recommend this place.
