Sleep Train Mattress Centers

Gilbert was my salesperson. He did a great job helping me price match and find items that would suite my grandmother and my needs. He was patient with us, even though he did classic sales pitches (but hey that’s his job). He spent time with us over the phone twice and in person at the store. The store manager Dion ended up finalizing the paperwork with us as we were rushed to leave for an appointment the first time in the store. Dion was also patient with us, going over all the details-​I really liked his authenticity. We purchased $ 2100 worth: two mattresses, an adjustable base, and platform frame.
This is a bit of a premature review as I haven’t even gotten my purchases delivered. Hopefully if there is any issue, Gilbert and Dion will still be as helpful and authentic with their customer service. Dion did mention a couple times he has my grandmothers back should there be one-​which he seemed to be full of jokes so that might have been just a pun.
So far we are happy with the experience. I’m wondering what kind of follow up they do, if any.
**update: I was called last night to confirm delivery, was promised by the man confirming that my delivery would be stop #1. Here I am, an hour after I was promised, they are at stop #2 instead. I told them I had to leave the house by 11:45. It is 10:30 now and they haven’t even started to head to my house. I am disappointed**

My husband and I came in on your Grand Opening. We spent about 15 minutes picking out our mattress, pillows, sheet. All of your salesmen were with people, but they still kept checking in to make sure we were good. Another customer said she needed more time so let us check out while she looked around. It took no time at all. We financed our bed, went home, and they delivered the next day. Fast, east, friendly.

Brian and Gil, what more is there to say? These guys are great. They helped my girlfriend and I find the mattress we needed, then worried about everything else after. There was no pressure to buy, just to find us the best mattress.

Came in close to closing time from a referral from Sleep country and Chadd was still happy to greet me and help me with finding the perfect mattress. We stayed an hour past closing going through the paperwork and the sales pitch was not even pushy. Appreciated his patience even though we went back and forth on the right mattress, for the huge expense he understood and took his time and shared the knowledge on best brand. Thank you for not being the typical sales person and helping us find what we need. I’m excited for installation day and our first great sleep on a long time.

Chadd is knowledgeable, patient and provided great service, even went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of! Great experience! Mattress comes today! So excited!

Great experience with Paul. Totally heard us on what we needed and never tried to make us go higher on price than we were comfortable with. Also recommended we use the Unilocal deals to at the free frame we needed to get. Felt like an easy decision for such a big purchase!

Lawrence is very knowleagable and was thankfully quite patient with our indecisiveness. We were interested in the tempur pedic bed and their selection is decent so we ended up finding what we wanted with a few nice freebies.

Good service and knowledge of the product. I felt a little pressured for an upsale though. If you know what you want, the sales folks hear are extremely knowledgeable and will help you find it.
Don’t be surprised if they try and push the limits of your price range a little though. You’ll be happy with the experience if you hold your ground.
